-1 Beginners Cycle..any tips, ideas, criticism is welcome

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

44 years old, 6'2 ,167 pounds soaking wet. Work heavy hands on construction, fabricating. As energy provides honestly work out like 2 times a week mainly for flexibility personal belief see a lot of people hurt when highly active because simply out if shape. Never done a cycle (used Sarms once got tighter but lost 5 pounds lol) use that C4 a lot mainly for the caffeine and creatine. I have a few issues burnt out, Low-T, can't put on weight and don't wanna be fat rather lean but more as see in the pic. Researched safely best I could since low-T issue going Sust 250 x 2 and 300 Deca a week (every 7) with Nolva for pct maybe something else too still debating it. Have some Tren E too possibly might throw in there but at this point no not trying overdo it and don't know if it would. Plan on making this a thing on and off safely I don't want to be Ferrigno but 25 pounds of lean cut more definition is my goal within next 1-2 years. Possibly sooner from what I can tell. I'm stoked on it will halfass keep this updated if can don't really have a real support group anyone could talk to about this is a personal experience and I'm extremely stoked on it actually who doesn't like positive changes? Today is the start of Week 2...I need to eat more and look up how to work my legs at home smartly so far squatting 175 3 sets (8-10) only thing I can think of but dont wanna look funny like some guys I seen. Slow start hopefully I start noticing not physical but that Low-T going away some mental aspects soon I hear around the 3rd week be rocking like 80's heavy metal if it's quality. I'm gonna be real with it all that's my before picture end of Week 1. Looking back reading think possibly should of gotten a faster acting to jumpstart but hindsight for the future. Will keep it updated any tips hit me up and depends on results we see on round 2 in a few months. Plus I need karma free shit too my shit is at -17 right now just trying thank a source for not robbing me lol (I gots trust issues)

You are not ready for cycle men. Maybe you should see your doctor to address your Low T issues and might be able to get on doctors prescribed TRT. As u said yourself you need to eat more. Food is more than 60% of this game.
You need more research about this compounds
Deca tren are not good options for first cycle
Simple test 500mg weekly is standard first cycle with pct
But I really will address the Low T issues first if i were you

I want you to remember the most important thing. Neither test or deca actually make you grow. Calories make you grow! So taking gear, without enough calories is not going to help. Make sure you eat!

food is going to be super important to put on and KEEP muscle mass ....

drop the deca... completely and utterly unnecessary at this time... plus, when you do have sides .. and you will because you aren't using straight test ester you won't have ANY idea which compound is giving you grief and if you don't know you can't fix ...

no you didn't need a faster acting jump start .. you've got one and its already in the sustanon ...

Start of week 2 i should eat more !!! You said so yourself..
The most important thing and your not doing it...
Also- you said !! you should of started with a faster ester WHY?? You just would of wasted it NOT EATING ENOUGH...
EAT BROTHER.. eat. I get up 2 HOURS BEFORE WORK to get my first meal in and pack my work cooler
2 HOURS BEFORE WORK IM making 1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 tbds peanutbuuter an apple 1 scoop protein powder boom all while cooking 1/2 cup eggs white with 2 whole eggs and 5 oz of lean 96 ground beef that inwill eatvatvwork, YOU WANT RESULTS ——/ EARN IT /
Its called dedication, its called going that extra mile that other people dont..

Take your face out.. Your "beginners" cycle makes no sense and you're trying to run compounds you have no clue about obviously.. horrible idea bro.. You're lean and could build nicely off what you have but you can run all the gear you want you're just gonna fuck yourself up and won't grow without eating properly and having your calories high.. try 5-6k a day on calories and stay sore you will grow
