Hi, Started this cycle Thursday 27th. Strength has gone through the roof, barbell shoulder pressing 90kg for 3 slow reps. Does anyone have any comments on the overall cycle please. First cycle in 8 years, 38 years old. Another issue I started getting sensitive nipples and a sore lump under my left nipple after my second pin, what would recommended dose of Aromasin be? Started taking Nolvadex 30mg straight away and next day nipple sensitivity is completely gone but lump is still there and a little sensitive, anyone recommend Caber? Thanks

PPS: fuck im bad at this anyways if theres a lump the only way to know if you need caber is getting bloods and seeing if your prolactin is out of wack. my geuss is it isn't, since you are using var and winny you probably crashed your shbg and your free T is through the roof then converting into estrogen. try out 12.5mg EOD or E3.5D go on from there and see if you need more or less

well I certainly wouldn't run anavar for 10 weeks and then add winstrol to it, I would cut the winny and var out and run with Masteron E 400mg a week. Read up on masteron and how it masks estrogen symptoms. you will look just as good as if you ran orals without the big negative effects on your HDL, LDL, and Liver. Just make sure you get bloods and your prostate checked

Thanks bro for the help. Will read up on Masteron now. There is a great company my friend started called lets get checked, they've blown up, and do an extensive male hormone testing, but should I wait a little before getting bloods done, maybe 3/4 weeks into cycle?

Ordered pharma aromasin as soon as sensitivity started, as my guy doesn't have it, arriving today. Will start as advised and see how that effects the sensitivity, which gladly is pretty much fully gone from the Nolva 30mgED (gonna keep running this throughout).

I know what you mean about the liver/cholesterol effect of orals, but I just love the var I got, it's insane. Will get winny depot then for last few weeks to save the liver a little stress. Thanks bro

Well bro, I'd say your definitely very sensitive to gyno and estro , I don't start having those issues until i'm up around a gram and I've rarely gone that high on test. If your getting sore this early from what I would consider a moderate dose of test I would recommend Letro or at-least pharmaceutical grade A.I's in general.

Second I have seen guys run Nolva during a cycle but only for certain compounds , but if it works for you have at it , though an A.I would be more appropriate . What mg to run your AI depends on you and how you react to test , which you need bloods to know for sure.

write up your goals, diet, gym routine and reasoning for wanting to cycle.

Goals are to pack on some quality muscle while cutting up.

Diet: eating very clean diet, good carbs basmati rice etc, good proteins, low saturates and good fats. Macros are 2,500 cals; 250 carbs, 190 protein (though I'm averaging about 150g), 83g fat mostly mono and polyunsaturated.

I'm training at CrossFit so training Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri with yoga (mostly stretching) at CrossFit on Sunday.

Was finding that I had low energy and didn't have enough energy to complete all my daily activates to my best, i.e. work; training, kids and family. Energy levels have improved incomparably and am able to mix it with the best of them at CrossFit and still have plenty of energy to work and most importantly play with the kids ED : ))
