+ 9 advanced cycle for women: BULK and MINI-CUT with UGFREAK! :)

My plan is a little bulk phase and then fast cutiing MAYBE for show.
NOW IM IN MY 5 week OF THIS CYCLE!

I will end Bulk in 8 or 9 week depends on how I feel and look , and how my BF will be high.
If i will look enought good I will do show.

1-8/9 week BULK
+1-3/4 weeks MINI-CUT

BULK
1-4 weeks :
npp 150e3d, primobolan 100 e3d, testosteron sustanon 125 ew

5-8/9 weeks
deca 200 e4d, primabolan 150 e3d, testosteron sustanon 125 ew, dbol 20mg ed for 4 weeks
examestanum 12,5mg EW (from 7 week)

CUTTING
1-3weeks: t3 25-50mg, clen 0,4 ed, prop 50eod, master p 50eod, tren a - 33mg e2d, oxa 20mg ed
examestanum 25mg e4d

LAST WEEK IF ONLY I WILL COMPETE:
OFF from prop and clen,- and add some light diuretics

1-10week - HGH from GOD240 - 4UI ED!!!!

Im experienced in whole this stuff!
i used almos everything
so I know what am i doing.
So please don try to talk to me that this is too much....

I got to FINALS!
but nothing more
just 6 place

judges told me that i was to big...
I was more like Bodybuilder on stage, too big, too shredded,and posing too muscular

but it was category Bodyfitness so i have to be smaller and more womenly

Stay focused on YOUR goals.

That will include selecting the correct

  • organization to compete in
  • show that is known to reward your style of physique
  • category for your body type and what YOU want to present

It is one of the most critical things that most athletes neglect. Many pic any show closest to them or a show that they know little of the history about how the judges reward particular looks.

You have to do the research and ensure you are optimizing all that you can to be rewarded for what YOU want to bring to a show!

It is harder to change the minds of judges but it is easy to pic the correct show and category so that you have all the edges you can.

I would start the Deca sooner because alone with it having a long half life it may be slow to act. Pretty vascular already Those ab veins are impressive.

I don’t see a problem with the stack. You’ve got the essentials in there for a classic. But i do think you might be better served running the NPP the whole way through and drop on week three. Deca takes a long time to kick in and you’ll want the nadrolone to kick in quick to get the most protein synthesis as possible. Maybe try running your set up where your week 9 is actually your week 1. I’m a little confused on how it’s laid out. The way it looks now you’re going to run the NPP first and then week 5 you’re going to add in the deca. By the looks of that your nandrolone will wear out in the middle as th NPP dies out and the deca is building up. Maybe it’s like I said and your week 9 is actually week 1. It’s how most bodybuilders do it and the lower number week it is means you’re closer to the show. Anyhow

I still think for a 9 week run of nandrolone I would run the NPP and skip the deca. I also like anadrol over dbol any day.

That sounds like a crazy cycle, but I know nothing about women and AAS so I'm not commenting on that. You are def in much higher level than most men on here. Based on your pics you're def killing it. Nice job with that body of yours. Amazing progress. +1
