I have been binge eating 2.5 weeks straight out of contest and have gained 26lbs of fluff, I'm absolutely disgusted by myself and have lost all definition/seperation and my stomach feels bloated 24/7.
I want to log this mainly for myself to keep myself accountable so no pictures will be involved, why? I have a full sleeve tattoo and compete in the WBFF and I don't wanna be recognized but maybe actually... probably I'll chuck in a ab shot after the 30 days are over where you just see the abs.
No cheating nor refeed will be done in those 30 days, 30 days will be spend in a heavy deficit and I'll bounce back in a proper lean bulk.
I'll add pictures of my gear and from who I got the gear if that is requested wanted.
Calories will be kept at 1,800-2,000 calories / whole diet is low-carb based no more then 120g carbs/day if refeed is needed lower pro/fat, protein not below 250g and calories not above 2,000.
Cardio will be done fasted 30min ED incline treadmill walk and will be increased each week with 15 mins.

Bro, I've been on stage almost 13 years and have a trophy room of which I'm quite proud. Stop deluding yourself with the "lean bulk" idea. I just can't even read those words anymore, it's so ridiculous.

I'm refering to it as jumping back to a set amount of calories ex. 3,000 or 3,500 and increasing it everytime by 250 when weight or progress stalls instead of the usual indulging in 5,000+ calories everyday.
I'm using the term very loosely, ofcourse I'll gain fat but at a slower rate then if my caloric intake was alot higher.
I sure hope so. LMAO I am on a mission to kill crush and destroy and purge this website and the minds of many from remotely believing things like 1) being able to bulk and cut on the same cycle 2) being able to "lean" bulk and 3) being able to "recomp"

Day 1: Morning weight 202lbs goal is 176lbs because that was my stage weight.
