2nd cycle test and dbol

My first cycle was test E 250mg a week not enough I know got some small gains but wish I had done more.I have some concerns about dbol hope to hear some good things about it on here instead of all the horror stories on line.

Has anyone got anything positive to say about the dbol lol
Yes. It'll come in handy in the future. But 500 mgs of test will do so much you'll forget all about the dbol. Assuming the training and nutrition are banging.
Its already been mentioned but will again, this is coming from a relative newb to aas. Drop the dbol. You said yourself then1st cycle was not all it could be. You need to see what you can donwith test and food. I bet if you bickle down. Get that diet right, what you get will be better than short term dbol gains. You are still trying to dial in your estro and how your body responds tontest. How can you do that with dbol in the mix? You wont know what is what. Trust me. I wanted tonadd this and that to my 1st cycle and Im glad I didnt. Its the food that makes it man. The gear is another supplement. A little better than bcaa's sure lol, but you get the point. If you do test only...the right way, your next cycle, if you add another compound will be so much better. I'm saying this from experience.
And get your levels checked, pre, mid post. It makes things SO much easier than guessing.

Have you ever got your liver checked? I wouldn't run dbol for more then 4-5 weeks since it's liver toxic even though you are running a low dose most people recommend going no longer then 6 which is what you're doing, but deff get bloodwork after the cycle! Good luck reaching your goals!

Macros, gym etc?
HI mate will post a pic .I don't count macros I just eat a lot when my training is on point I eat between 4 and 5 thousand cals not latly as I have been ill for 5 weeks and lost 18 pounds I plan to be training 5 to 6 times a week on this cycle
Drop the dbol do a test only cycle. What is your bf%. You may want to ramp up your cardio and workouts even before you cycle. What are your blood levels at? Getting a base line bloods before during and after your cycle you'll learn a lot about your body and how AAS is going to work best for you.

You don't have your bf% listed. If you're 6' 240lb your either good size or you are carrying alot of weight.
What is your pct plan how did you recover from the first cycle easy? Are you gyno prone at all? What are the end result goals for this cycle
Hi I have never checked my body fat I am carrying some weight extra fat I look better at about 225 but just want to get bigger this year .I recovered ok from my last cycle without pct didn't think I would need on 250 mgs of test e .I did get the flu and a chest infection straight after but didn't think this was connected .Will pct this time with clomid and tamoxifen .End results are size and mass.
This might technically be your first cycle. If you didn't notice anything more than "small gains" from your first cycle at 250 mgs, the test was probably garbage. 250 mgs is plenty to make dramatic gains on for a first cycle.
Without mentioning labs, you sure the test was good?
I made a lot of mistakes on my first cycle I started it at the most busy time at work didn't have time didn't feel like training concistantly as I was tired from work all the time and my diet was poor every mistake you can make I made .I can't say 100% test was good but did notice strength gains a bit of extra size a feeling of well being after pinning and hair growth on my back nothing dramatic .
The Dbol is a little low in my opinion if I'm gonna use a oral steroid that's liver toxic I wanna make sure the gains are atleast worth it, but less is always better if you never used the compound but good luck I hope you get the results you're looking for!
