2nd Cycle Dragon Pharma (UPDATED)

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hoping for 10 maybe 20 lbs in the end. This is my second cycle and I wanted to try some new compounds. First cycle was test c only at 500mg for 12 weeks. I maybe jumping the gun by using tren on my second cycle but I plan to use a low dose to see how my body and mind react. I will split up the Dbol doses throughout the day due to the short half life. 20mg in the morning and 20mg 5-6 hours later. Will adjust Aromasin dosage if needed. All products are from Dragon Pharma.

Diet, Training, Supplementation

Nutrition:
Breakfast- 4-5 whole eggs with 66g of carbs from oats
Mid Morning- 30g whey protein with milk and oats
Lunch- 10oz chicken with 2 cups white rice with veggies
Mid Afternoon- Turkey sandwich, 6 oz turkey with pesto spread on whole wheat bread.
Gym Time
Post workout- 30 grams whey protein with milk and oats
Dinner- 8 oz top sirloin steak with 2 cups of potatoes and veggies
Night- 30 grams whey protein with milk and oats

My weekly split:
Monday: Chest and bi's
Tuesday: Back and Tri's
Wednesday: Delts
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Chest and Tri's
Saturday: Back and Bi's
Sunday: Off

Alternate split: (if not recovering properly)
Monday: Chest and Bi's

I just run testosterone Cypionate and Enanthate and try to keep my test levels over 1500. Once in a while I’ll blast in some Winstrol injections. Cruise and blast are my favorites have you thought about running some Winstrol. If you are only go with the injectable form as the tablets are very toxitic on your liver. I’m a firm believer of a healthy diet. With protein, match you weight with the amount of protein you take. So if you weigh 200 lbs, use 200mg of protein. At least that’s what I do. Also include a joint supplement. Osteo Bo Flex and Move Free supplements are great. Glutamine and Creatine are really good too. At night use a Casein protein. It’s slow digesting

thanks for the input man. and yes I definitely conisdered EQ or deca until I found out it stays in your system for up to a year. I am goin into a new career and idk if they test for steroids. I highly doubt they would but I don't want it hanging over my head that the EQ could stay in my system for up to a year. Def will up the calories too. He has only ran once cycle so far and your recommending he throw in another compound already that has to be ran for 16+ wks. That is not a smart idea.

I've been on dbol for a week and have not put on any weight. I am eating and drinking a lot of water. at least one gallon a day. First 4 days I was taking 40 mgs. Now for two days I've been taking 60mgs. Is my dbol fake? its from Dragon Pharma.

I definatly appreciate you looking out for me. Ive done one cycle and it was test only at 500mg a week for 14 weeks and only gained 8 lbs thats why I wanted to try another compound this time. My sleep and nutrition was on point everyday and my training has always been on point. Do you recommend I just increase the test dosage? I ordered plenty. If so what mg and for how long. its not pharmacutical grade stuff coming my way.

Yep, jumping the gun here. Don't be quick to try new compounds. It is the diet that will make or break you not the addition of extra compounds.

I would recommend to drop some BF first before starting cycle. I think you probably have a good base to work with but starting with higher BF is just going to make you fatter with less proportionate muscle gain. Don't know if you are cutting or bulking, assuming bulking due to dbol but if you want the muscle during a bulk you need to start out leaner.

Better have some bloodwork planned. That dbol can give you gyno faster than turning on a light switch and is just exacerbated with higher bodyfat. Another real good reason to lower it.

Thanks for the input. Im in the process of lower my body fat now. Is tren dangerous for a new user even at 200mg a week? Also should I start taking the hcg when I start the clomid and nolva? Or should I take the hcg for two weeks by itself then start clomid and nolva?

Yes tren is dangerous for a new user. You now have to be cognizant of a whole new set of side effects when introducing a 19nor into a cycle. I have the feeling that you are over relying on the drugs. I am all about the food and training because that is what builds a body not drugs. You are early in your cycling career and if you can't make superior gains running a good test cycle no amount of additional drugs are going to do you any better. Baby steps. All these different drugs may seem sexy and you can't wait to run them but all you will be doing is loading up on sides, compromising your health and without any better effect. Lay out your food plan, that is what we need to be talking about, not whether or not you should be using tren. I am talking macros according to your goal. Listing the actual foods you eat for breakfast etc. doesn't help me much. I don't have the time to add up the math.

I can't help much with this PCT/HCG stuff because I am on TRT and I really don't pay much attention to PCT anymore. There are bros here way better versed in that stuff than myself.

Yup I would take his advise. He gave me some advise for my third cycle and for the first time in my life I weigh 200 pounds. And it’s a good lean 200 pounds. I’m a whole new man and feel great. I still only used test. With HGH. I still have two weeks to go.
