+ 5 2nd Anavar Cycle

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I am a little late starting this log here but have been tracking since week one. Let me start by saying I am female and I am not using Anavar as a cutting agent but rather an agent to preserve the muscle I've put on. May 25, 2018, I started to come off a 1.5 year bulk as well as an extra 20 pounds added from a three week stint on mitrazapine July-August 2017. Getting the extra weight off has proven quite difficult and my new doctor ran me through a gauntlet of lab tests to rule out underlying issues. I am still awaiting lab results. Should have them back before the end of July. Due to the nature of the medication, she thinks it may have caused a permanent reduction in my metabolism... which wasn't spectacular to begin with, but I could cut no problem with proper macros and 20-30 minutes of HIIT 3x a week.

I am at the end of week seven and just started to have a significant drop in appetite. Most mornings this week I have to force feed myself and I can't even finish before some starts to come back up. This is a new side for me and I'm considering backing down to 15 mg. I bumped to 20 mg week six.

I forgot to take pre cycle pictures so what I have is just random progress pictures taken within the month prior to my cycle.

Just to clarify, I upped to 20 due do a decrease in efficacy because it is over a year old. I capped at 10 last cycle when it was fresh and didn't notice much of a change other than wicked pumps and I was bulking last time.

I also have labs checked pre and post cycle.

I always believe that less is more. Modifying diet and exercising, while taking minimal aas, is always the best route to take. It’s slower, but the results are usually there to stay. Be patient and keep us updated. +2

looking good! appetite loss is from var imo ,no ups and downs ...keep it at 10mg ed its more then enough!! good luck lady ! +1

Like mentioned before though 20mg is a very high dose for females, probability of negative sides really skyrocket at that dose, maybe consider 10mg or lower to be safe.

I would recomend 5mg or 10mg. Anavar is not necessarily a more is better drug. Honestly if your var is real var 5mg is plenty. Like these men running 80mg to 100mg var. If it is real var those doses are very unnecessary. Men can get away with 40mg. Women i like seeing around 5 to 10

I would back down the dose. Shouldn't need that much to maintain muscle mass during a cut. Remember most of the time more is not necessarily better.

Based on my results of my Var cycle during my bulk maxing at 10, and the fact that pre shitty medication and doing an off cycle cut, my body seemed to burn quite a bit of muscle as well as the fat and my strength would drop significantly.

It's kind of an experimentation process for me, since my body seems to no longer react the way I'm used to. I always keep a detailed journal cut/bulk and aas cycles. Repeating the same mistakes, to me, is a waste of time, money and effort.

My next Var purchase will be pharma grade.
