24 years old
5'11"
175 pounds
6 months training
Training 5 days a week
Clean diet - mostly chicken and fish with sweet potatoes or brown rice. tons of vegies! 3500 cals daily.
Expectations:
Gain lean mass and loose some body fat.
Concerns:
First cycle and just looking for some expert opions. I have Test E, HCG, Aromasin, clomid and nolva. Im not sure if I should run the HCG with my first cycle. U guys think it would be a good or bad idea? If so how should I run it? I've done my research but justed wanted to talk about it first hand and see what u guys think.

Some people simply need to wait.....I waited and waited and trained and trained. I've been working our for 17 years and just smashed head and body into the age of 32 and nothing I did helped me break the barrier so i tried pro hormones then the real deal. Keep at it or your in for decades of wasted money and a beat up body and soul. Get that diet dialed in and fly on that young age until you hit your 30's.

i think you need to research your nutrition a bit. the diet you posted is 2,600-2,700 cals, not 3,500. at your size, if you workout moderatley 5 times a week that amount of calories is not or is barely meeting your daily needs. this diet will not take you to your goal/expectation
"ready to rock"?? You should be ready to rock the kitchen and weight room homie your 24 5'11 and weigh 175lbs?? Not to mention you said youve bin training for 6 months and you already wanna start a cycle?!!! Cmon bro hit the diet and training forums PLZ!!

Yup thats what im saying bro, some guys train for years and years till they hit a platue and Then start there first cycle, but this dood is young and tall he has alot of natty potential.
6 months isn't even close to figuring out how your body responds to different types of workouts, exercises, routines, etc. Hell, 6 months isn't even enought time to establish baseline strength. Honestly man you need to spend a couple of years in the gym to see what gets you results naturally. You have plenty of test at your age. I've seen people your age with no experience in the gym start pinning and they never stop. Why? Because they never got to the limit of their natural ability so they think they need the gear for everything. Please do yourself a favor and wait a couple of years. The gains you get from a cycle will be much bigger and you will appreciate it more.
mr127superdeeyou are ready to rock! good job! stick with 12 weeks! 250 ius of hcg twice a week = 500 ius a week starting anywhere between week 5 and 6. I personally did not run hcg my first cycle and i do not regret it but better safe than sorry

mr127superdeeit should be used the exact same days as test obviously not in the same syringe as one is a sub q inje. and one is intra muscular so stop after the last pin!
