-1 16 week Test/eq/tbol
Any comments or recommendations are greatly appreciated. I'm no novice, but we can always learn more throughout the years.
Current stats. 34 5'10 182 10% BF
Hoping to gain around 10-12 lbs and stay at or below 10% bf. have run 4 previous cycles over the last 3 years. Have been in trt for almost 2 years now. Trt dose is 250mg a week of cyp. Bloods are done every 4-6 weeks depending on what I'm on. This trt dose gets me to 850serum 18.4 free. I have arimidex and aromasin on hand in case e2 gets high. Normally on trt I do .25mg arimidex e3d. Previous cycles have consisted of test, deca, tbol, winstrol, proviron, primo.
Macros will be back to mantience plus 25p 40c 10f.
Supps: tudca 500mg, nac 1800mg, fish oil 6g, red yeast rice 1200mg, co q 10 400mg, Hawthorn extract 450mg

This has got to be the worst cycle I've seen in wks! Congrats. You need food. 6wks SD is just damn irresponsible. Not to mention the dose. Or it's fake, or you're in for some trouble. And few weeks after, tbol? Not to mention the injectables. You need FOOD TO GROW, AND A LIVER TO LIVE. you gotta eat for another 10-15lb gain. Those supps are great if you cycle SD correctly. But you're are def not. I almost can't take this seriously. 250mg IS NOT TRT DOSE. ITS A STRAIGHT CYCLE. 850 serum is from a MUCH less dose. And on top of that, 1100mgs gear. You're foolish and haven't researched a damn thing. No bloods to determine e2, have on hand is retarded with e2. Get bloods and start your AI accordingly. I mean, come on. This is straight dangerous.
