-12 14 days DNP With t3, no workout and a supposedly big NO NO (benzoes)

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

So trying DNP while the weather is cold. This time going for 14 days.
As an anti-fatigue I used ephedrine. Had a little Ritalin which I also used (not combined).
Added T3 to have more burning and keep a normal/elevated T3 hormone level when the decreasing sets in due to the DNP.
Kept away from alcohol as this seems to be a dehydrant (although not a big one).
I looked everywhere to see if I could find a source to why you should keep away from benzoes and sleeping pills - and didn't found a thing! Only people proposing it, without any explanation to why...
Searched through pubmed, and found it to actually be used to threat overdose of DNP. Found no reason to why it should have a negative side effect combined with DNP. (and I searched a lot of articles :-/ )
So Xanax and Ativan was used in small doses once and awhile to get a good nights sleep. (I tend to sleep way to little on this stuff). I find these sleepless nights to be hellish and ruins the entire day.
Started with a high start dose to get a good buildup of the stuff.
It felt warm already on day 2. I sweated heavily on day 3 already. Outside it was around 5-7 degrees Celcius, and I didn't even had the heat turned on. Usually I just sat inside with only boxer shorts on. After 5 days I needed to use fans also.
Working was hard. Doing just a little thing gave me a good sweat!
So actually I didn't even do a single workout during the 14 days on DNP.

Started with a weight of around 118 kg and ended at approx 113 kg. So a good 5 kg's lost in 14 days.

In order not to loose muscle mass I used some Dbol (switched to Oxy when i ran out after 12 days... Just wanted to use the leftovers I had). However these was a non-branded product so it was probably under dozed.

The side effects disappeared quickly when I finished, so maybe the half life isn't the 36 hours proposed by almost everybody else. I read it was 60 min in mice and 220 mins in rats - found in actual experiments. Couldn't find an experiment where humans had been measured.

Food intake was low calorie. Didn't pay much attention to it, but ate less than I usually do. Kept protein high though.
had 4 x multivitamins, 3x500 mg Vitamin C a day and plenty of fluids.

All question/comments are welcome :-)

I managed to find the 1951 article by Greer that examines the long term study of patients who had been misdiagnosed and given T3. Some of them for up to 30 years.

He doesn't mention anyone getting hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism from that usage. All returned to normal within weeks. :-/
Now it's a puzzle why it happened to you. I was trying to see if i could find any such cases.

Man, sorry bro. What shouldn't have happened, happened to you unfortunately, and without any apparent reason. Some people are just the unfortunate ones :-(

I hope it is manageable for you.

I hear that you get a rebound from the t-3 Please endure to post up a pic two weks after, and well see if you keep it off.
I'll give you a 1+ if you post up the post cycle pic brah

I really haven't noticed much of a relapse i must say. Strength gains are through the roof. Body weight is up 2 pounds i think.
Some water was still missing from my body i'm guessing.

I have started to work out normally again so it should stay on and get a little better. Muscles seems to be a little "loose" after such a diet..
I have tried t3 alone before as a weight loss agent, and it didn't have a relapse.

I will keep you posted though. (i'm not really going for the +1's here, so that's ok)

Sumatra_Triangle's picture

I hear ya on the whole +1 thing. I just mean that I would really like to see whats going to happen with rebound etc.
I know a lot of people are quick to swear at you and judge you, but I dont give a shit either way.
i WOULD LIKE TO THINK IT'S OUT OF genarl well being, and they are looking out for you. Some people here have really come to my aid here and others trolled me.

Honestly, what your doing may be dangerous and not beneficial at all bro.
be careful, and please keep me posted.

I took the last DNP dosage sunday, and so far today (saturday) I have lost another 1 kg. Totalling 6 kg now.. Amazing.. The DNP water retention takes some days to get out, and the after picture was taken while still being a little bloated... probably not the best time, but what the hell, it asked for an after picture and that was what I had at the time.
The T3 is sometimes necessary on DNP, and sometimes not. I just decided to try with it.

But comments on this weight loss try is apparently not for looking out for me lol, it's just trying to sound smarter I think. And that kind of "help" can just kiss my ass. But thank you for staying on the topic and not just say something like "this is stupid".. I love sharing my experience with something like this.

DNP is always dangerous. Especially if you don't know what to pay attention to, or know how to listen to your body.
Everything can be dangerous then.. I have seen people on cycles similar to those posted by others on this forum, that after a few years had kidney failure and had to go into dialysis (this was 10 years ago when I lived in another city, so I don't really know what has happened to those fellas).
However, similar others have died from eating a peanut, because the didn't know they where allergic. (this is an example given by gregg Valentino :-)

But i will sure keep you posted on the weight after a few weeks, so you can see if there is a relapse. However if there is any it is though to say whether this is from the DNP or the T3 though :-/

I'm not exactly sure I would compare the penaut anaolgy here but point taken.

That is remarable weight loss for a short period, but I wonder at what long tern cost to your body IDK.
Everyone here on eroids is playing God with there body. I have heard comments "Like I wouldn't touch t-3 because it messes with your body's hormones" Sometimes its easy to forget that exactly what AAS does, is used for.
Alot of people think bigger doses is better. I for one could easily fall into the trap of less work higher dosage, but In my heart I know to take small doses no matter how experienced with hormones I become.

I suggest pushing morning and night cardio Slow burns for 60-90 minutes each to stave off the rebound. In theory it will still happen no matter when you stop the cardio, but this way your results wont be lost immediately.

The man who Originated navy seal team 6 Benched 450 100x a day. Worked every group every day. Ran and swam every day. Drank, fucked, and snooped and pooped everyday He was convinced that after 3 days you start losing all your gains. I am too.

Now that my body isnt getting sore gfrom working out anymore again I am going onto a split training every other day Woirking all body parts at max load every other day. Cardio every day. No days off. No rest. No sleep. No dreams of burning children, or Mike tyson having me run training drills in a piss drenched corner in a kids gym.

ooh rah. Hey man, Like I said be safe. No risk NO REWARD. tHATS aas IN A NUTSHELL TO ME. The ones that think they have it all figured out probably are slipping off there game. As for me I'm in a perfect position. I dont know shit

Kazaa's picture

Funny you should mention the bigger doses is better theory, because that is actually what the guy who wrote: "THIS CYCLE IS FUCKING RETARTED" is saying in other threads, lol..

Short low dosage AAS cycles is perfect for me. Then it often comes to the workout plan, whether the result is good or not.. I have excellent result doing High intensity training, and just working each musclegroup once every 6th day. Sometimes biceps gets a little more as this one seems to be able to workout more than the rest of the body :-) (i love working my biceps.. when you can do biceps curl with the heaviest dumbbell in the gym, it just feels good :-D )

Arnold did high volume, going trough each body part 3 times a week. I tried that, but my body just couldn't rest enough on this.. So it's up to each individual person to learn how often they can workout, I have figured out..

If you are unsure about T3, then just skip it. ECA stacks are ok, but at least the side effects are somewhat less, and you know what you get (compared to if you should be the unlucky one whose thyroid gets messed up).

By the way.. man i would love to be able to bench just 100 kgs for 100 reps! Doing 450 pounds, man i respect that guy! (when i'm trying my 100 kgs benchpress i just get slightly above 30 reps before i have to stop :-/ )

yea his name is Richard Marcinko. He writes alot of really awesome action books. But hes a serious mother fucker. He got put in naval prison and he would run 6 miles a day barefoot in the prison yard in the snow rain etc

HAHAHA

Went patroling in viet nam with barefeet and with ak 47 and vietnamese clothes. Would eat kimchee and all that shit. Fucking crazy

Kazaa's picture

Damn he is tougher than Rambo :-D

I will try and look him up. Thanks the name :-)

No one is going to have anything nice to say about a oral only cycle+dnp+t3

Kazaa's picture

I think you have misunderstood the oral only part?

No roids was intended for a muscle gain. Just to help not loosing muscle while having this big energy burnout.

The few anabolics used was just for the 14 days (and a few days after, while the DNP was clearing the body)

Kazaa's picture

Sorry.. that just a too small red coloured abbreviation to take seriously :-)
