+ 16 Women's cycle - Anavar only - feedback please

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Stats

Age: 33
Height: 165cm
Weight: 57kg
BF: 22-25% (guessing)

Lifting stats -

Squat 45kg (working sets - 48 with 45 sec rest)
Bench 30kg (working sets - 4
8 with 60 sec rest)
DL 60kg (working set 5*5 with 90 sec rest)

Background

For most of last year worked out with a PT to shed some of the fat I had put but stopped round December because of work (new demanding job)

All cardio was done like I was cross fitting. All lifts done were compound so bench - clean n press - deadlift - squat followed up with a couple of superset of accessories lifts.

Cycle

Hoping this cycle will allow me to put on some lean muscle mass. All of last year I learned how to lift and eat well if not to eat to put on much lean muscle mass because I was dieting down.

So at this stage not concerned with body weight or body fat as diet/cardio will take care of that after the cycle. I might add in ECA but not thinking about it at this point.

I understand that by running this cycle I might end up looking 'heavier/solid' but I am ok with that as I am not in a bikini until November and the UK never has that good a summer!

Don't think this cycle is very ground-breaking

8 weeks
2 weeks @ 2.5mg morning/night to check for sides and to taper off
6 weeks @ 5mg if tolerant to sides is good

Anyhow I'll run a log of progress in the ladies forum

Wow, imo THIS is like, the ideal balance of muscle tone in a woman. The results of your cycle are obvious too and honestly, if u were my girl I couldn't have hoped for better results. I dunno, a lotta guys on this site seem to really dig it when chicks are swole as shit lol, but to me your body and what you've accomplished is what I consider to be perfect for the female body. Btw I apologize if I came off creepy or some shit, my intention is anything but tryng to spit game on eroids haha. Seriously tho, keep up the hard work and amazing results, I'm very impressed Smile

Hi hope u get the look you want, its always a good thing to have a goal in mind and to work towards that goal, and its even better wen u look in the mirror and u can see yaself gettin closer to that goal, theres no better feeling :-)

I can honestly say i don't see where you have a problem. With just this shot I see an incredible looking body. Not to be a perv but I bet you have a nice backside as well.

I don't have any problem with my body myself :). I would just like more LBM to give me a more "fit" look rather then a "slender" look. If that makes sense.

with this cycle your not going to put on a lot of mass at all, if anything you will lean out get a bit more definition in your body and the most important thing is your diet, just make sure its on point and your taking in enough calories to do the job. good luck with this

Thanks for your view and advice.

I've used calculator to work our my diet to actually aid supporting a lean bulk I guess you can call it.
Cannot wait to see what results this cycle and diet will achieve for my body.

My girls first var showed up today. I know that I'm wrong in wanting her to change but she smoke cigs and drinks 5 nights a week.
I'm hoping the more days that pass she will start to focus on diet and training. SHe complains about being sore legs from waiting and dancing, but she drinks until 3am and thinks she can recover off one meal a day....

I just hope that this will help her in the coming weeks become motivated, which will help motivate me to be better for her.

I'm sorry if I lent you that thought. No drinking on cycle is a standard priority.
If she see's other people getting stronger and healthier perhaps she will take the time to reflect and solve the issue.

You know I can't force anyone to do anything grrl. I have tried Marine Drill Man and she doesn't respond. Positive encouragement no response. She says she wants to do it, and I give her freedom and she falters very quickly. If I stay on her, hehehe not like that... If I keep on her ass.... NM
I can't spoon feed her but we are on such diff levels it makes me sad sometimes we cant even have a walk together

And trust meI dont want her jumping on gear if shes just going to come off and go back to being drunk :(

Don't start her on an oral cycle if she's drinking. Get her cleaned up first, her liver will thank you.

Yes thank you. It's even not easy. SHe tells me she wont drink and I see she is late home and I know why. Booze. Hey she even called me a nazi today ;( I'm german so that hurt too.

SHe aint taking shit unless she's fully healthy and committed. I think I mis spoke earlier. I guess

I've been running var at 10mg a day for 5ish weeks, I love it. 5mg seems very low but it's always a good idea to see how you react to it.

I've updated this cycle as I realised it was a little confusing
Week 1 5mg per day
Week 2-7 10mg per day
Week 8 5mg per day

My Var came this afternoon so will be starting my log in the ladies lounge on Monday.
