About to start my cycle
ad
I actually weighed in today at only 203lbs, I just started a new job this past week working on a golf course where I just moved and I've lost weight fast and dried out a little, going to start my bulk with some DHB and a nice high calorie diet, i also I have a new workout in gonna try to bring up some weak points while I'm in cycle to get the most out of it. I'll be at 4500 calories a day training 5 days a week and I have 2 jobs both very physical. I'm hoping to gain some lean mass

What’s your cycle history bro? I worked construction and know a little bit about working that in with your diet. Don’t overdue it bro. Keep it simple, test e 500 is ideal. Make sure you get enough rest, drink tons of water and are timing your meals. Missed meals, means missed nutrition. No sleep, no rest, no gains. If you’re all dialed in, give it a go. Don’t run a cycle just because you’ve lost weight. Get pre bloodwork done before as well.
SunnyD.81Read the original cycle layout, it's includes history, diet, training and concerns.
That’s my fault. Personally, I like to keep my cycles simple. If you’ve had great results with 500mg of test, I’d keep it that way. I’ve never ran mast, but proviron is also a great to use to keep you dry. It keeps my estro down and vascularity up.
I think people get too caught up in running a bunch of different compounds and hope their results are better, when they already know how their body responds to a simple test cycle and achieve great gains from it.
As far as working construction, stick with your test cycle. Make it as least complicated as you can. Get bloods drawn and keep working out.
Props on a solid base. Quite honestly, you might have a hard time gaining weight on 4500 cals training 5 days a week and working two physical jobs. If you were a full time student or worked a desk job it’d be different. As it stands, 4500 looks like it would be around maintenance for your size and level of activity. How is this going?
Yes and no, I say that only because I was a little under that and I was gaining weekly and staying pretty lean... everyone is different. What works for some may not work for others.
Your workload is as high as his?
It was.. I was putting up fencing 6 days a week along with brick masonry and working out
RustyhookerYuck!! Ive done both those and its a hardcore job. Fun but physically taxing. High five to yall!
Put in my time roofing, siding, and framing since I was 12. These days I only do freelance interior painting jobs for extra money while in school. It’s the same damn money pretty much for substantially less physically taxing work. If I never step foot on a roof again I’ll be happy
I hear you bro. Shit sucks. Hats off to you for doing it that long brother
RustyhookerRoofing flat sucks. At least on framing or finish you can move about a bit. Not sitting on hot tar paper in the sun. Learned a lot though! Nothing wrong with manual labor.
That’s why I got out of it lol.. shit sucks man. It’s not even worth the stress on your body
RustyhookerDid a rich guys fence once. Gotta say it was at least 300ft of 6ft dogears and 2 gates. Did have a blast though. After we finished, huge pizzas and full chest of iced beer. 2 guys on auger, i placed and set posts, then brought the boards in stack by hand. Two others nailgunned and set strings on top for fast job.
SunnyD.81I've had to significantly up my calories, 4500 was definitly not enough.
My boss understands though and he let's me eat whenever I want, he does tend to throw me at more physical tasks then he does anyone else though and I can handle it but its taken alot out of my training especially back days when I dead lift.
Overall I'm only about a week in so no changes yet but I'm planning on eating bigger.
