Second cycle, test and dbol
So I finished my first cycle couple months ago. I did 500 mg test a wk for 12 wks and it went well. PCT and everything else also went well. No noticeable side effects. Everything is fine. The only thing worth noticing is that my balls sort of got smaller during the cycle but I didn't quite notice it until I started PCT, because PCT made them noticeably bigger. No emotional issues whatsoever during and after PCT. But unfortunately I did drop quite a big of weight and strength since I got off cycle. I was DB benching 100s on cycle, and that number has dropped terribly since my last pin.
But anyways. I'm starting my second cycle next week and it will still be a bulking cycle. Right now I'm sitting at 207 lbs body weight and around 15% body fat according to the bodyfat calculator I bought from amazon. I'm 5'11. My next cycle will still be 500 mg test per week just like last cycle, the only difference is that I will add 20-25 mg dbol a day for the first 4 weeks. Still not sure 20 or 25 and would like some suggestions.
On my first cycle I started off with .25 adex EOD starting from wk 4 and adjusted it to .5 EOD because my mid cycle BW showed that my estradiol was on the higher end. So I assume .5 EOD is my reasonable AI dose for 500mg test. So for this second cycle I will be doing .25EOD starting from day 1(because of added dbol), and up it to .5 EOD on week 4 when I drop dbol. Any advice on AI doing is appreciated. Not sure if .25mg Adex EOD starting from day 1 is overkill for 20-25mg of dbol. Last cycle I did test alone and my estradiol was at 83.5 mid cycle before I upped adex to .5 EOD.
Nutrition wise, I will start off with 4380 calories a day, and gradually increase as my body weight increases.
So basically 4380cal, 240g protein, 610g carb, and 108g fat. That will be my starting point.
Workout split:
Mon: Legs
Tue: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Wed: Back, biceps
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Check, shoulders, triceps
Sat: Back, biceps
Sun: off
Will be doing a slight deload every 4th week where I'll be training only 4 times a week, and it'll be a lower/upper split.
Pre cycle bloodwork is attached down below. Will be doing mid cycle bw on wk 6. And post cycle bw will be on 6th week after pct.

You have only been off for a couple months and already jumping back on a cycle. Not a smart move.
bigmurphMy first reccomendation is to look at using Proviron while on cycle.
Also are you sure that you want to jump back on it gets harder and harder to recover. You said you dropped alot of weight and strength. Maybe get some more natty gains in before jumping back on.
If you're going to run again look into aromasin and Proviron. Do your research on those. The dbol you might want to look at using it as a pre-workout only alot of sides come with dbol so im glad to see you are going with a good dose at 25mgs I used to run alot of dbol and 30mg is my top as a pre-workout. It works great just alot of estro conversion. I would really get into diet carbs are there but shoot for more protein especially with dbol protien synthesis is extreme so the more the better.

So correct me if I'm mistaken, ur basically saying that dbol is better as a pwo only? I was actually planning on spreading it every 4 hours so that i can stay anabolic throughout the whole day. After reading ur post I'm assuming doing so would cause more harm than good? So how long to wait before workout would u suggest I take the dbol? Like an hour before?
And about the protein, I'll up my protein intake to 240 and go from there then.

bigmurphI can say that dbol as a pwo is the best way for me to use it. Everyone is different so its basically just some options you can check out. I would take my dbol around 2hrs to 1.5 hrs before usually after my last meal before my workout.
240 is a good number to shoot for good luck and good gains brother

Wow, very thought out and researched.... I am also on my second cycle, same d-bol starter with 500mg test a week, my only difference was I did my pct, four weeks and let my body recover another three weeks... but for some reason I am very very gyno prone and just the mention of gear gives me lumps, so I had to start letro asap on the dbol. only problem so far is gyno is still noticeable, probably because of underdosed or bunk letro.
I so need to get bw done just don't know where to start or go.
But I think you will be good and love the result, I'm three weeks in one week left on the dbol and already up 10 lbs.

I'm running 30mg a day. It haven't felt it like people say, maybe a little shorter temper but that's it... Increase in strength and muscle size also... I got about the same results as running my first cycle and I'm only in week three!!!

Do you spread the dose throughout the day or only take it before workout??
I have a very physical job, lifting moving and carrying heavy crap... I split it up 10mg in the morning before work, at lunch, then about 30 min before workout. Don't forget you will want some sort of liver support!!!

Are you sure you fully recovered? Your natty test level is pretty low, especially for your age. Also, you should go donate blood.
It's actually kind of funny that my RBC count was 5.38 which is in the normal range while ON cycle and jumps up to 6.01 off cycle. I think it probably has something to do with me keeping a strict diet and lifestyle during cycle and kind of letting loose while off.
Yeah and my test level is indeed an issue here.
