STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Stats:
52 yrs young
6' 2" - 236lbs

Expectations:
This cycle is designed for size and strength.
I will be testing my previous max lifts looking for small increase:
Deadlift 500lbs 9-18-14\415lb single
Bench 315lbs
Squat 425lbs
Arms 19-20"

Concerns:
Travel may pick up again disrupting Workouts and Nutrition (I will have to overcome these obstacles)
Shoulders and Forearm Tendons have caused delays in the past (I will work smarter)

10-7-14 Week 6, Weight 251lbs seeing more Abs and vascularity. Arm at almost 18"!

9-22-14 Week 4 weight is fluctuating. Hit 252lbs last week now 248, could be the weighing timing, it was an early workout. My bodyweight fluctuated like 4-7 lbs per day when cutting, meals and water content. Still moving forward so thats good. The next 10 days should show more improvement, gonna be pounding food and weight!

8-27-14, Man I have a long way to go.
I lost a ton of size over the last 5 months, strength is still pretty good I'll have it back in no time!

IMO T4 works better as the conversion process brings a lil to the table. Also T3 just goes right to work whether you need it or not. T4 converts only when needed keeping balance.

I am just gonna chime in and ask something - T3 goes right to work, thus resulting in harming your Thyroid overtime. Does T4 still have a similar harsh after effect?

I think T3 use over time more has the effect of not utilizing the thyroid which may atrophy it?

I feel the Shoulder joint issue is based on wide grip and fucking with the smaller muscles in the shoulder. I'll be working with a closer grip and really emphasizing my shoulder work cause I love those big round caps. The Adex I usually adjust in relation to pimples, maybe not the most scientific but it has worked for me in past runs. The tendons have been good for a while now and i believe if I keep my curls weight down stay strict and go with higher reps I'll get where I need to be on the Bicep side the Tris have shown much improvement and I don't think I'll have an issue meeting my goals for arm size. I think the Mast will bring strength to the table also. The Drol I've always ran 4-6 weeks with no issue while taking Aegis. I have been thinking about front loading with what I have since I already placed my cycle order with this source.

Looking forward to see the results of this mr fit. If I may share something that has helped me over come pain while benching with two shoulder injuries. I used to use a wide grip as you stated you were also, a buddy of mine told me to bring my hands in roughly shoulder width apart, I use where the surrations start on the bar line my thumbs up and that's how I place my hands, the part that has helped me though, he said to grip the bar and pretend like I'm trying to bend it. This will bring your elbows in and in turn you will be using your pecs and triceps, taking quite a bit of strain off your shoulders. Once I got used to it, as it is a little uncomfortable at first my numbers increased quickly. I hope you find this useful brother.

Thanks Bigman, I have used that technique in the past by lining up then pulling my elbows in a bit. It takes a lot of stress off the delta socket. I need to learn how to get my lats involved on the initial push, there were some techniques I briefly tried but don't think I ever got it right..

Squeeze your shoulder blades together, also uncomfortable till you get used to it. I am still learning how to engage lats properly myself, I'm getting better at it but I am not at the point yet where I can put my finger on one thing or another that I am specifically doing to engage them.

Anytime brother, thank you for posting this cycle as it is something similar to what I am thinking about for my winter bulker. I am learning a lot by following this one and once I get closer I will post it for critique. I think it's time I started taking advantage of all this site has to offer.

Unfortunately I will not be able to compete in the upcoming EBC due to the "GorillaFit Rule"! LOL ;-P
Winners cannot compete in the next contest. I think it should be the opposite, winners are guaranteed a spot in the next contest. Like being top in the olympia you get invited back next year! LOL ;-P
