Description, concerns and expectations
So after training for about 6 years natural after having built a pretty good base/experience in diet/nutrition and training programs, finally decided to run a test only cycle, I did extensive research to know what i will be facing, I'm going to do this very professionally making sure to get from the least as much as possible. I have built a pretty good base atm I often get accused of using gear since the second year of bodybuilding as i started with around 55kg built about 20kg of mass the first 2 years, and after wards it was really a slow process as im not that big in height compared to my weight.
So have decided to take 500mg/week of test I have chosen arimidex as an AI, I have been advised not to use the idex untill i notice itching on my breast and some other symptoms, well tbh i have received a many different recomandations about AI's some say start at week 6, some say start with low doses EOD like at 0.25mg and some say u dont need it, just keep it in hand, I have purchased enough anyways just to be safe, especially this is my first cycle, i don't know if im prone to gyno or not. I will be doing bloodtest pre cycle, mid cycle at week 6 and week 18/19 right after the pct.
I have chosen not to use the HCG for my first test only cycle, it isnt that high dose so i figured i wont be needing it, altho i have it in hand incase my balls shrink really much, i will see if i need to use it or not, and if i decide to use it, i will be using it for 2 weeks at week 13/14.
as for the pct, i have nolva and clomid just a basic pct for my first cycle
Sun: rest day with cardio
My exercises will be mostly hypertrophy and will vary into shocking muscle, so i will not be training the whole 12 weeks the same workout program, i will be switching it, i found this to work very well with my body throughout the years:
Diet and nutrition:
4 whole eggs 130g of oats and 1 whey of protein. (Yes! whole eggs, i've been eating this much eggs since the age of 6)
Meal2: 170g of chickenbreast and 120g of brown rice
Meal3: 130g of pasta with tuna and 1 scoop of whey p
Meal4: 120g of brown rice with 170/200g of salmon
Meal5: Sweet potato's with chicken or or steak
Meal6: cassein p
Notice: my meals will vary aswell the macros will be the same, but i sometimes tend to switch between fish and steak, i tend not to eat too much steak throughout the week, 2/3 meals will contain random veggies
All are calculated with my fitness pal, from macros to daily calories every single gram.
As for the wheyprotein, i will add it throughout the meals if don't exceed daily protein goal.
Animal pak> 1 pak ed
Creatine mono: 5g ed
Whey protein: 2/3 times a day depends on macros and amount of protein each meal.
Fishoil: 3g a day
other than these supps above are completely waste of money imo. and have never used anything else my entire life.

Edit1: so at this moment, the only thing to take in concentration is when to take the AI, as its my first cycle, i don't know if im gyno prone, i tend to take a bloodtest at week 6 but that might also be too late for the high est symptoms
Edit2: AI's have been decided, will be taking 0.25mg EOD starting week off week 2.
(Dosage after week 6 depending on the bloodtest E2 result will change.)
Edit3: changed dosage of AI from 0.25 eod to 0.5 ed after pinning blood at week 7
