+ 2 First test cycle
So after training for about 6 years natural after having built a pretty good base/experience in diet/nutrition and training programs, finally decided to run a test only cycle, I did extensive research to know what i will be facing, I'm going to do this very professionally making sure to get from the least as much as possible. I have built a pretty good base atm I often get accused of using gear since the second year of bodybuilding as i started with around 55kg built about 20kg of mass the first 2 years, and after wards it was really a slow process as im not that big in height compared to my weight.
Current stats:
Age: 29
Weight: 85kg
Height: 1.74m
Bodyfat 12/14
So have decided to take 500mg/week of test I have chosen arimidex as an AI, I have been advised not to use the idex untill i notice itching on my breast and some other symptoms, well tbh i have received a many different recomandations about AI's some say start at week 6, some say start with low doses EOD like at 0.25mg and some say u dont need it, just keep it in hand, I have purchased enough anyways just to be safe, especially this is my first cycle, i don't know if im prone to gyno or not. I will be doing bloodtest pre cycle, mid cycle at week 6 and week 18/19 right after the pct.
I have chosen not to use the HCG for my first test only cycle, it isnt that high dose so i figured i wont be needing it, altho i have it in hand incase my balls shrink really much, i will see if i need to use it or not, and if i decide to use it, i will be using it for 2 weeks at week 13/14.
as for the pct, i have nolva and clomid just a basic pct for my first cycle
Training program:
Mon: Chest/tri/abs
Tue: Back/bi
Wed: delts/traps
Thu: Legs/abs
Fri: Chest/arms
Sat: Back/abs
Sun: rest day with cardio
My exercises will be mostly hypertrophy and will vary into shocking muscle, so i will not be training the whole 12 weeks the same workout program, i will be switching it, i found this to work very well with my body throughout the years:
Diet and nutrition:
Breakfast:
4 whole eggs 130g of oats and 1 whey of protein. (Yes! whole eggs, i've been eating this much eggs since the age of 6)
Meal2: 170g of chickenbreast and 120g of brown rice
Meal3: 130g of pasta with tuna and 1 scoop of whey p
Meal4: 120g of brown rice with 170/200g of salmon
Meal5: Sweet potato's with chicken or or steak
Meal6: cassein p
Notice: my meals will vary aswell the macros will be the same, but i sometimes tend to switch between fish and steak, i tend not to eat too much steak throughout the week, 2/3 meals will contain random veggies
All are calculated with my fitness pal, from macros to daily calories every single gram.
As for the wheyprotein, i will add it throughout the meals if don't exceed daily protein goal.
Supplementation:
Animal pak> 1 pak ed
Creatine mono: 5g ed
Whey protein: 2/3 times a day depends on macros and amount of protein each meal.
Fishoil: 3g a day
Preworkout
other than these supps above are completely waste of money imo. and have never used anything else my entire life.

Any advises critics are welcome.
Edit1: so at this moment, the only thing to take in concentration is when to take the AI, as its my first cycle, i don't know if im gyno prone, i tend to take a bloodtest at week 6 but that might also be too late for the high est symptoms
Edit2: AI's have been decided, will be taking 0.25mg EOD starting week off week 2.
(Dosage after week 6 depending on the bloodtest E2 result will change.)
Edit3: changed dosage of AI from 0.25 eod to 0.5 ed after pinning blood at week 7

How did this cycle work for you? I’m pondering a very similar cycle but trying to figure out .25 arimadex ed or .50 eod? As a place to start. I’m on a 200mg TRT dose with .25 arimadex x 2 a week currently which seems to be working well.
It worked out perfectly, i gained around 5/6kg, as for adex, u can try 0.25 eod, after week 6 u do bloodwork, and see if ur E2 is dialed in, if not u increase the dosage up to 0.5 eod, that's how i did it

and I’m actually currently cutting down my bf% to below 10%, once I will reach that, will start my Test cycle, as of now I’m at 14%.

My first cycle was test e and it was amazing. I’ve ran a few simple test cycles since and really enjoy what it does. It will definitely show you how much food you actually need to put on some size. I’d recommend getting a nice blender and throwing a few shakes in. I grind up oats, spinach, bananas and berries with bcaa’s and protein powder in the morning it’ll give you energy as well. Also you might wanna keep an eye on your back acne That was my only real side and it got bad. Good luck man.
Well the morning meal contains the most calories, i eat around 4 eggs + 120/140g of oatmeal with protein, i have blender i mix the 130g of oat with 1 scoop of whey and 320ml water, find it pretty good, as for the backne i have pretty bad acne since the age of 12 on my back it never disappeared , kinda sux

He is say to naturals diet off body fat down a few % & add on 10lbs of muscle mass prior to beginning a cycle.
I understood that about the diet and bodyfat, but he said 170 lbs is too light for my height but im 188 lbs not 170 thats 11 kg above my height

Why did you choose week 2 (I've read week 4 is when to begin) for AI?
Other than that when I need a kick (I workout in the evenings some nights, mornings on others) I actually like preworkout, my best advice would be look into Merica Labz they make some good stuff and give out full ingredient lists (which is a refreshing change)
Well there are lots of mixed reviews about AI's, so i decided after wards to use it at week 2 with low doses, and after week 6 i'll see if my E2 is too high i'll increase the dosage
As for the prework out i use optimum nutrition preworkout, before this cycle i used Monster preworkout with 1.3 dmaa, it was insane probably the best product i have ever used in my life, but unfortunately i had to stop due to the side effects i was getting sweating, lack of sleep, and lack of appetite i'll probably use it at week 6 of this cycle just an extra boost

No matter what you'll have elevated levels of E due to the test. Whether or not you aromatize and form gland tissue depends upon your genetics. I still see no reason to not keep E in check from the beginning

Clomid is usually run at 100/100/50/50. I did not read why u might have it lower. Im guessing it will still be a good pct though. You might want to just check that out.
Thank you for your comment, yes i know about that, but because its my first cycle ever, wont my test level get back much quicker? especially at my age, not sure if i need that dose, will take it into consideration tho
Right now my only concern is the AI, i will be doing a bloodwork prior to cycle to check me E2 levels, but it still wont determine when to take the AI and if i'm gyno prone or not, I have decided that i will look at the test, if my E2 levels are between normal range, consider using idex only when i notice high E2 symptoms, i will also do a bloodtest at week 6 to see if i should increase/decrease dosage
