Description, concerns and expectations

Age: 41

Decided to do my first cut, so finally bit the bullet and gone for it!!

Gear

I’m currently 3 weeks into a high test (1400 mg a week) and 5iu growth eod, but decided to change it. Some might think I’m taking this a little high but I really am paranoid about loosing muscle. 

Dropping the test e to 750mg a week, npp 300 mg a week, tren ace 300 a week and upping my growth to 10iu eod, 5iu on waking up and 5iu before bed. 100mg proviron a day. 20mg cialis eod and 0.5mg Caber twice a week, aromasin 12.5mg 3 times a week. 

Might up tren and npp on second month providing sides are ok.

Diet

Be using my fitness pal to track calories, I’m starting at 2750 calories a day, protein 285g 40%, carbs 285g 40% and fat 63g 20%. Eating clean a lot of chicken, eggs, porridge, veg etc...

Training

Starting off doing cardio every other morning fasted for 30 mins.

Weights at night for an hour,
day 1, Shoulders and traps
day 2, back and biceps 
day 3, legs
day 4, Chest and triceps
day 5, rest 

then repeat day one again, not having a specific arm day can hit all muscle groups once every 5 days. 

Supps

Multi vit and minerals, bcaa while training, triple omega 3, b12, support max capsules, a USN pre workout and have omeprazole at hand if any acid reflux problems. 

Starting weight 230 lbs (now 225.5) and I’m 5’10, will adjust cals and cardio weekly on my Friday morning weigh in fasted will try to add cardio before dropping cals but see how I go. Having a cheat day every Friday not going to pig out but just have a rest from counting my cals and worrying about what I’m eating.

Bloods will be done in week 4, week 8 and week 12.

PCT will start at week 15 and will last for 4 weeks.

Any advice or criticism welcome as like I say I’m new to cutting and I’m sure you all will get tired with my upcoming questions .

I had just decided I´ll do a bit more cardio everyday. Nothing crazy but I´ll take my dog for a 20 minutes nice walk after every main meal. It means that by doing that + the 20 minutes bicycle I´m doing after working out I´m doing cardio for 80 minutes everyday: 60 very light and 20 in a regular intensity.

A question: already getting acid reflux could it be possible one shot of 150mg tren ace could cause it or should it be because of the orals?

I think I´ll add omeprazole to avoid that reflux.

I've got a question for you or anyone else able to answer.
I've seen people adding cialis to their cycles, does this serve sexual purposes or does cialis have other benefits useful for bodybuilding?

Also one use of cialis can be very low dose cialis helps prostate and if you take it with finasteride its very good for people with prostate problem on steroid cycle.

I´m not preparing for a competition, no. I just want to cut for personal purposes. I will do my best to keep you all posted about the cycle, sure.

Personally, I think that's too much test for a cutting cycle. Why not exchange the npp for mast p? Also, if you're going for lipolysis benefits from the hgh 10 iu a day is very high.. you should have already achieved the goal of maintaining muscle mass with the analbolics you're running. I think you could get the same results while running less hgh and save quite a bit of money (and possibly strain on your pancreas) by doing so. Hope the cycle goes well for you!

I would be pretty shocked if that's due to the hgh you're taking due to the refractory period involved with taking hgh, but who knows really. Would be interested to know what else you take for cutting cycle where you grow, I'm assuming the classic test/tren/mast plus an oral or two.

I stopped taking growth during a prep. Got back on about 4 weeks out added 10lbs of muscle. Water weight sure but it was on the inside of my muscle not outside. I looked nasty and ran it right through a show. That was actually 12ius a day.

Thanks for the suggestion. I´ll spend the next couple of days reading about it. A quick question: in case I decide to change to Mast, and as I´m starting today the 4th week of the cycle and I pinned today the first NPP dose, how could I change to Mast P? Should I leave some time without the NPP before injecting the Mast? Just wondering about this kind of transition because I never did it. Thanks.

No just drop the NPP and start the mast p on a regular bases. It kicks in really quick but also is out your system quick.

Personally, I would just stop the npp the first day I pin the mast. No need for two 19-nors in this cycle anyway imo. Have you ever used mast before? Probably a dumb question but I have to ask anyway lol.

If you wanna drop some water towards the end of this lower the test and NPP depending on how much water you're holding. Also might wanna throw in HCG in the pct, it'll really help after all this.

I dont want to get ripped quickly, I want to do it in a secure way that will last for some months with a regular work out and a controlled diet after the cycle.

I do look big but I dont look ripped. I want to define the muscles.
