+ 1 2nd Cycle - Test e + Var

Sup mates!
I'm getting ready to run a 2nd cycle and would appreciate your wise opinion and advice as always.
Just recap: I've ran my 1st proper cycle last year from March to June - it was a Test-E-only cycle. I've noticed a durable increase in mass, mostly thighs, biceps and some chest, that have remained until now (I've regained some fat weigh though)

My idea now is to shed the remaining fat and cut as much as possible, while increasing some lean mass - hence the Var. This is what I have in mind:

12 wk: 01-12: Test-E (2x 250mg/Mo-Th)
10 wk: 02-12: HCG (2x 250iu/Mo-Th)
08 wk: 03-10: Var (50mg/ED)

04 wk: 15-18: Clomid (100/100/50/50)
04 wk: 15-18: Nolva (50/25/25/25) (!!only have 25mg ones!!)
?? wk: ??-??: ASIN***

**also have CLEM, which I was thinking to use wk-on wk-off (!!no more than 0.04mg/day!!) throughout the whole cycle, to increase activity in the gym. Btw, I have tried half a pill for 3 days and it gave a hell of a good feeling plus some considerable shivering.

Any comments, advice or ideas will be highly appreciated and respected!
***Specially about taking ASIN on-cycle (yes/no/how?) (already have 40 caps of 25mg exemestane each)

Stats:
Age: 28 years,
BF: ~14-15%
Height: 1,72 m
Weight: 71 kg (I was weighing 75 before my 1st cycle with around 19-20% BF)

Training: 5-6 times a week, lifting and HIIT cardio ED.
Diet is clean with 4 meals a day.
Labs will be taken in 1 week and repeated monthly.

So again, any comments and advice will be appreciated! Last cycle all comments were taken into account and I was very satisfied with the results. This time will not be different! =D

I would save the var for a better cycle. You are already lean fckn get your beast on and wheight up some. Just run another test e cycle and use that estane to keep water retention down and stick to your diet and up your protein. Check out some inttra workout drinks like size on to carb up a lil.shit works awesome.

You guys are absolutely right... I'm on the 3rd week of Test e only and I have noticed some drastic change already. I was going to start the Var next week, but the way things are going, I think I really won't need it by now. As of the bloating... grrrrrr... water retention going to the roof. Can I run estane right one to counter it?

I don't see a need to run a cycle to get lower in bf. Looks to me if dropped 5 lbs of water you would look more crisp. Not stage ready or anything mind you,lol.

Save the cycle for building some thickness. Why waste a cycle to lose a few more lbs? And please pull up your draws.

Thanks for the tip GuitarP1! I think I better work the diet before starting any new cycle. The fear of getting fat again must be controlled as well, or else I think I won't be able to gain in size because of the fear of gaining in fat.

Excited to follow along and learn through this thread, getting some great advice here from top notch members, so there's really nothing I have to add. Just want to commend you for being so open to learn and grow, it opens the way for many more (like myself) to glean from your journey (and by following the incredible advice already given here) your success.

From one bro to another you don't look fat in the least my man, gotta let that past go (you've conquered it already) in order to see that bright and healthy future ahead. Proud of you, keep on keeping on!

Getting to the objective is not easy but the mates here help a lot! Advice here means pure wordy-GOLD. If somebody takes the time to give you some, you better listen to it - specially from top dogs.
Gonna work the recommendations and keep posting throughout the cycle so I don't slip.

Hey Tonytulo!
I'm actually afraid to bloat too much until the point I look chubby instead of bulked... I was very fat until late 19 and I'm scared as hell to get as fat as I used to be again. Now that I started to built something, I'm kinda scared to risk it... =/

But Test+Var should still help gain mass, right? Maybe cutting Var to 6 weeks at the end of the cycle just to lean up the extra fat put with the test?
What would you say?

Keep the var to a max of 4 weeks. It is a mild oral but its still toxic to the liver. Your diet dictates the fat you put on my friend. Diet also dictates the bf you lose. The compounds are a tool. I think a nice mild bulk would really set you ahead of things. If you cut now you really risk losing lean tissue as it is. You need to set up a good diet and learn how to carb cycle and eat to keep and get gains. You'd be surprised I stay fairly lean but you can be afraid to feed the machine my friend.

You know, once fatty, always psycho-fat... but I get your point and I need to work on that fear. I am working really hard to polish my diet as much as perfection to gain in mass but not in fat during the cycle. I'll go through Makwa kcal plan and try to accommodate my current one before starting anything, so it can be a good cycle. Again, thanks a lot for the time to help me out!!!

You are only 155 lbs or so and you want to do a cutting cycle?? There isn't anything to cut down to. I would rethink your goals here.

With the Test I ran last year, I have seen I can gain very fast - but still, I was hoping to do more cutting than bulking with this cycle, hence the Var for clean gains. I have a very easy metabolism to gain fat and I am trying to avoid that. Instead, I was hoping to control the fat I will gain during the Test, with the increase in lean mass from the Var - which I hope will help to tone out the shape... that's why I said 'cutting'.
But sure I'm hoping to increase mass as well... hopefully =D

Would you take out the Var?

It all boils down to diet like tonyT said. Bulking does NOT mean getting fat. Not sure why people always think that. Bulking means building muscle most effeciently. This is accomplished by maximizing lean tissue and minimizing fat gain. Bulk right and you won't get "fat". I really think you need to focus on putting on some lbm. That will help fire up your metabolism and make any future fat loss efforts easier. Keep trying to "cut" and being so worried about gaining a little fat is really going to slow down your overall progress. Trying bulking with something structured like this and your lean body mass gains should be leaps and bounds above any fat you gain.

Personally, I would cut the var out and run a solid test e cycle and focus on training and diet to pack on as much lean mass as possible. If I was going to run an oral, var wouldn't be my choice here.

WOW! Getting through your post... this is interesting... is really kinda a HIIT training but with your kcal intake. Like an interval eating plan, actually an increasing interval plan.

Thanks for the effort to help me Makwa! I gotta be honest that I still have to pass through that stage not-getting-fat-but-getting-big fear, and it's probably because I've been very chubby until my mid 20s. So any progress I make is a milestone that I fear to death to loose. But Your advice is GOLD and I will really take it into account. I can and I will work better on my diet plan before starting this cycle, and your post will be my reference.

Would you still consider taking the var afterwards for a 4wk in the end, say during wk 7-10?
And if not var, what would you take? Ideas are welcome! =)
