Bacne is the only major side I am battling this cycle. It is lots of little red dots, no whiteheads at all. I have been changing my bedding ever couple of days and scrubbing back carefully in the shower but no change. I would definitely be looking into Accutane if mine was at all cystic.

Be careful with accutane. My dermatologist had me on it briefly for a few months and it was horrible. It dried out my skin and made it disgustingly red. Also irritated my eyelids and would cause them to droop horribly. It’s the worst I had ever looked in my life! Came off two months later
