Had to read through this section, the website, my emails and even reached out on telegram to understand how their system works. I just find it a lil trippy with the no payment confirmation thing, no tracking thing, no a lot of things but judging by reviews - these guys are legit. I'm just used to having a bit more assurance that I'm going to receive my merch for sure. I ordered last Sunday, received a email for payment this past Monday and made my payment the same morning. I think there's some miscommunication or people really have some serious comprehension issues and need to read my post just a little bit slower. I agree with your points. If you have informed delivery then that can help but you don’t always know where the package is coming from so if you or others in your household have packages coming in the same week then it can get confusing. It is compounded by the fact that Key bitches on here and telegram several times a week about how people harass him about this very topic. All that said, the GH deal makes it worth it based on quality and price. I’ve received all of my orders in a max of eight business days so I’m confident that if you followed the instructions then you won’t be disappointed.
We just spoke briefly on telegram and they checked my order number. Supposedly there are a few shippers and with since the site being down for the past couple of days, they are playing catch-up and my order has yet to be shipped and probably won't be by this week or the end of it. . . I’ve ordered here a couple times now. You need to get the informed delivery app. This way you’ll get notification when a shipping label is created and the step by step in processing. From payment to doorstep is takes about a week, give or take a day. I order from a couple different sources and once you get to know where each source ships out of, you’ll be able to tell when your package will arrive.
How can I be informed of a delivery by a source that doesn't provide tracking?. . . They specifically sent an automated message when I contacted through telegram (after-hours) that states that they don't confirm payments and no tracking unless 2 weeks have passed since payment and message will be ignored if that's the context. My other sources are on point with confirmation and tracking every time - as far as communication as well. Also, I always opt-in for informed delivery notifications any chance I get with any products I purchase online, I'm familiar.
