Started on 2iu approximately 2 hours post last meal of the day just before bed on 6/15/26. Took 2iu everyday for 30 days and bumped up the dose to 4iu on 7/15/25 all pre bed also. Sleep has been great. Been fuller and recovering a lot better.
Eating at maintenance on a carb cycling diet. Also on 240mg trt of test c split into two doses a week.
Took bloodwork on 7/29/26 and I’m happy with the results and feel it is working.
