Yeah, the promo specifically said review karma, and then he asked someone in the comments if they met the requirements and that person mentioned not knowing review karma was different. That's when I looked it up and thought I didn't meet the requirements, but I'm guessing maybe it was just a misunderstanding on my end, or he changed the requirements after that. No big deal. I was just trying to figure out where I had a disconnect and screwed myself by not applying..... As far as people down voting you, that's not the first time I have heard of it happening. I'll never understand why grown men decide to do such childish things at times.

If you’ve bought and used gear from a source here on eroids over the past 6 months go ahead and write up a source review on them. Leaving a review will get you some review karma. If people like your review and thumbs it up you’ll get more review karma. This will help if promos interest you in the future.
Follow the review criteria. Be as detailed as you can. Make sure to rate each section with 1-5 stars. Mods and members do patrol the reviews and will neg your review or call you out if caught being lazy. It’s nothing personal. Just another way to combat possible review manipulation by sources and just weed out shitty reviews in general.

Regardless of criteria and how they are applied, you need to be careful about promo's & reviews. I don't know the origin of this, but if you review 9 in a year you get on the naughty list. The unfortunate part is that it doesn't differentiate between just a normal review for good (or bad) service, and a promo. So you just need to manage that and be a little selective.
I have never been part of a single promo. I considered applying for this one, but then I thought that I didn't meet the minimum requirements and so I didn't apply for it. Just looking for clarification, that's all. Not a big deal.
Yea it is not a problem now, but if you weren't aware (as I wasn't) that you have a limit you could bump into issues later. So the moral of the story I suppose, is that you can apply to whatever. Yea you might get yelled at, or you might get free stuff, or maybe both.
