Feel free to makeup your own decisions. The bottle was "Hikma Pharmaceuticals" who dont even make mast e. I cant find anything about this lab on the internet. This website is ridiculous. @BFG read my messages if you'd like, I want this pink box gone.
The source that tagged you can also remove the flags from their Promo Winners tab found on their profile @SteroidHub
Im okay with you (I cant now I think) deleting the thread as they made right. They should get a neg review, but they have worse fish to fry now so I dont care. Can we do this? Should we?
I’m sharing the beginning of the conversation history to provide additional context. As you can see, this was an existing customer who was already included in the promotion and created a real order. This was not a user who appeared only for the purpose of leaving a review. The conversation continued with normal customer support regarding the order, products, substitutions, and shipping.
@BFG
Sent you a PM GoRoids
I’ll check it now.
Didn’t get a reply!!
please PM!
GoRoids.in has been caught buying reviews. Votes deleted, score reset.
Could you please get back to me as soon as possible?
Honestly, I have no idea where this is coming from. I’m not trying to be aggressive or start an argument, but if there’s actually evidence that we bought reviews, could you please show me? I’d genuinely like to see what happened.
It just seems completely wrong from our side, so I’d really appreciate it if you could clarify this for me.
Would screenshots jog your memory?
I honestly have no idea where this conclusion is coming from.
Please review the full conversations, as I still have complete records of everything.
Both BoogerFlicker and Gainz411 were already established Eroids members and existing customers. They had each placed multiple orders with us before these reviews.
Both of them were included in our public promotional program, which was available to all eligible customers. The $350 promotion was store credit offered through the promotion, not a payment made in exchange for writing or changing a review.
In Gainz411's case, I invited him to participate in the same loyalty promotion that was available to other returning customers. This was not a special arrangement created specifically for him, nor was it an incentive to change a review. The promotion was publicly available to any customer who met the requirements.
At no point did I pay either customer to write a review or to change a review rating. These were legitimate customers with an established order history, and I can provide their order records, emails, tracking numbers, and our complete conversations to support this.
I respectfully ask that you consider the full context before reaching a conclusion. I'm happy to provide any additional documentation you need to verify these facts.
Me personally, I will not use this source again. I know for a fact they contact members to change their reviews.
I understand your point, and honestly, I can see why it might look that way from the outside. But I’d like to explain my side as well.
First, if a customer had an issue with their order and that issue was fully resolved, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask them if they would consider updating their review based on the final outcome. A review is supposed to reflect the customer’s overall experience, not only the worst moment during the process.
Second, many customers don’t really understand how rating systems work. A lot of people think giving 4 stars means "good" or "satisfied," which is true in normal life, but on platforms where the average rating matters, many 4-star reviews can have a big impact. Sometimes customers are happy with the service but simply don’t realize how much their rating affects the overall score.
The only thing we did was make customers aware of this. Whether they wanted to change their review or not was completely their choice. We never forced anyone or told them what rating they should leave.
If you believe I’m looking at this the wrong way, I’m open to hearing your opinion. I’m not saying I’m perfect, but I do think the situation deserves to be looked at with the full context and not only from one side.
I understand why this screenshot may look concerning when viewed without the full context, so I would like to clarify what happened.
These were not fake reviews, and I was not paying customers to create false feedback. Both users were existing Eroids members and long-term customers with previous order history.
The $350 store credit was part of my existing loyal customer promotion. These customers had previously participated in a promotion and had not completed their feedback from that campaign. When the promotion was active again, I reached out and offered them the opportunity to participate again.
The intention was not to purchase a positive review or control what they wrote. I did not ask them to leave a specific rating or provide a certain type of feedback. The customers were free to share their own experience.
I understand that, based on the screenshot alone, it may appear differently, but there is additional context and complete communication history that explains the situation.
I have all related records, including order history, previous conversations, tracking information, and the full communication with these customers. I am happy to provide everything for review.
I also want to clarify that I was never warned that this specific approach was considered a violation. If I had received a clear warning, I would have immediately adjusted my process.
I respectfully ask that you review the full conversation history and context before making a final decision.
That’s pretty damning.
Lol ...... context.
And son of a bitch! I didn't get offered credit when he wanted me to change my review!
Lol don’t worry, we’ll make it up to you next time
The screenshot does not show the full context. These were existing customers who already had pending feedback from a previous promotion, and they were simply invited to participate again in an ongoing loyal customer promotion. There was no attempt to buy reviews or control their feedback. The full conversation history provides the complete picture.
Will someone please help me out with how to use this promo I was selected for? I PM yall with no response.
Of course, brother. Please send me a PM and I’ll help you out. The promo post is visible publicly, so it’s possible your message was missed. I’ll check it and make sure you get taken care of.
