It works. I started running it this week at 40 mcg / day.
It works. Slight calorie deficit, lost 13 pounds in the first 3 weeks of my cut. Water loss too of course, but it definitely sped things up. I started at 40mcg and increased by 40mcg every 7-10 days. I’ve gone up to 160mcgs per day, but thats where I draw the line.

Nice TD bro! On a side note (no pun intended), I used to run into the same issue when I uploaded pics that turned out sideways. The fix is, take a screenshot/crop it (on computer) and then upload. It’s something do with the file size that fixes it. Best of luck with the gains bro!
