Die Wirkung von IGF-1 LR3 merkt man langsam, aber sicher nach etwa 3 Wochen mehr Pump, prallere Muskeln und kontinuierlicher Aufbau. Wichtig: Da es ein bisschen wie Insulin arbeitet, sollte man direkt nach der Injektion etwas zu essen oder einen Shake nehmen, damit die Muskeln die Nährstoffe optimal aufnehmen. So wird der Muskelaufbau maximal unterstützt. ------
Ich kann ehrlich sagen, die Qualität von IGF-1 LR3 ist sehr gut. Man merkt, dass es echt wirkt voller Pump, kontinuierlicher Muskelaufbau aber es arbeitet langsam, nicht wie ein sofortiger Booster. Wichtig ist, es richtig zu dosieren und Ernährung direkt danach zu beachten, dann sieht man echte Ergebnisse. Wirklich ein solides Produkt für gezielten Muskelaufbau. ----
Nebenwirkungen sind minimal, nur gelegentlich leichte Rötung oder Spannung an der Einstichstelle (PIP). Ansonsten sehr gut verträglich, Muskelaufbau und Pump überwiegen deutlich
Ich habe mit IGF-1 LR3 gestartet, um den Muskelaufbau zu pushen. Am Anfang habe ich 4 IU direkt nach dem Training genommen, nach 4 Wochen auf 6 IU erhöht. Man merkt den Aufbau nicht sofort bei mir hat es etwa 3 Wochen gedauert, bis ich wirklich Unterschiede gespürt habe. Die Muskeln fühlen sich voller an, der Pump ist stärker, und man merkt langsam, aber stetig, dass mehr Masse kommt. Ich nutze es einen Monat und mache dann einen Monat Pause perfekte Balance für kontinuierlichen, nachhaltigen Aufbau. ----⚙️----
