Thank you, I appreciate it! I didn't know what was or was not possible, but it has been fun to find out.
Looking great bro!

Thank you! I am starting to get some strange looks. I know many dudes are way more fit than I am, just not a ton with wrinkles and a full grey beard, etc., lol.
Strong work. Keep it up.
That is the plan, thank you! Slow and steady progress is all I am after.
Good work man, hope i look this good when i'm your age
I hope you do too. It is a lot easier to stay in shape than get in shape. Best of luck.
You must be doing something right!
Thank you. I live like a nun and drag a bit of iron, lol.
You look great congrats on the hard work it shows
Thank you so much!
Fuck yea bro… 60lbs in 10 months is amazing. Keep it up
It is not too bad I guess. Sometimes it feels agonizingly slow, but I know that is just me being impatient.
im in week 2 of what i assume will be a 10 month cut as well. thanks for posting.
At least for me, the first couple weeks were the hardest. After a couple of months it is just routine. This last month or so things have changed a bit though. I never had trouble working out fasted. Now some days I just feel like there is really nothing in the tank. I think I might sometimes get "hypoglycemic" (possibly?). I have never had this before, but I'll get kind of weak, drained and shaky. I am assuming this is just because I have less reserves. - I'm not complaining, just observing the process.
What’s your stack right now? What are you taking
My stack is probably a little light compared to what I see here. I am really looking for just enough to get good workouts, continued weight loss, and to enhance recovery a bit. I am taking NPP to get some help with the joints too.
It has been a series of tweaking, but for the past several weeks I have tried to stay steady so that my labs at the end of the month will make more sense.
140mg of Test
100mg of NPP - For the joints
100mg of Primo - I started out with Mast, but switched to Primo when I started seeing some acne
5-10mg of Tren - This is just enough to give me a nice energy boost and better workouts
20mg of Var for pre-workout (maybe 2x a week when I am dragging ass, usually due to no sleep)
Once I get my labs back, I'll adjust as necessary. I'm a little nervous about what that bit of Tren and Var are doing to my HDL. I'm taking a lot of supplements to mitigate that, but we will see.
Cool man that’s a nice looking stack. Seems thoughtful and highly reasonable. I’m running 200mg test and 100mg primo right now. Started at 1mg Reta and will only go up as needed.
Eventually I’ll increase the test and primo - but I’m still about 20lbs away from that.
I'm doing the same... I'm finally seeing my stomach disappear after 6 months.
Nice, its a good feeling isn't it? For the first time my "gut" is actually smaller than my waist by a half inch or so. Not sure I knew that could happen.
Down 60 & complaining? Damn man.
Old folks just bitch and talk about bowel movements.
Looking good!
Thank you!
Looking good my man... LOOKING DAMN GOOD!
Thank you!
Looking good bro
Thanks, nothing like 10 months of starvation while trying to lift heavy stuff, lol.
Yea that's rough bud when I did a 3 month cut i got aggressive (dumb wannabe influencers) at the gym but felt weak with lifting an props to you an being 60yr an in better shape then most of guys 30yrs younger then you
Stay strong for life
"Stay strong for life" - That is definitely the goal. Things go south even faster when you are older, and losing your capability sucks. Anyway, thanks!
Fuck man you are in incredible shape for 60. For any age really, but particularly 60.
Thank you, I really appreciate it!
You should see about changing ur name to gilfpounder
I'll look into it, but the last divorce was shockingly expensive, lol.
Oh yes definitely don't marry em. Just blow their 55 year old backs out and move on the the next.
Well, my current wife can literally read my mind and I can't lie worth a shit. But life is good & I have had many, many adventures, and so I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. At the moment, I am happy to just feel like I am moving forward instead of backward.
