Results after 3 weeks of 4iu a day of HGH from USroids… was definitely expecting more than a 45 mg/ml jump tbh.
IGF-1 levels can vary greatly even with very similar testing conditions and testing methodology; I am of the opinion that this is due to variance in how your body processes exogenous HGH from day to day depending on stress levels, organ health, diet, etc.
What’s your e2 at? Were you on gh at all prior? 4iu and 50 or so e2 and im usually 350-400
38 on 7/1. Waiting for 7/22 results still. It won’t change much if any at all. 250 test keeps me high 30’s usually. 500mgs of test I would see about 70. I started HGH 6/15 from another source at 4iu a day until key’s order landed and swapped over on 7/1. Other than that, I’ve never used it.
Just curious… were both tests done at the same lab under the same conditions?
Also, why are you expecting a specific IGF-1 increase after only three weeks? That seems a little early to me to judge the product.
As far as I know, there isn’t a reliable way to say “X IU of GH should increase IGF-1 by Y points.” There are too many variables between people.
I’ve been running Keys GH since February. I did an early IGF-1 test just to confirm I was getting a biological response, then waited several months before repeating it to see where my new baseline actually settled. Mine went from 207 - 239 - 373 ng/mL over about four and a half months. I’d probably give it more time before deciding the GH is weak based on a single three-week result.
Probably should have worded it differently. I am not upset nor claiming it’s weak. I’m using multiple different products from Key and I’m happy. But yes, both tests done at the same time, same day of the week, same lab. Im not trying to say the GH is bunk whatsoever. I’m probably jumping the gun a little early.

I’d be interested to see where your IGF-1 lands after another 8-12 weeks. I think that’ll be a much more meaningful data point.

For 4 kits you pay like $50 more. That’s really not even bad when you compare to just about if not all of the other sources you can get gh. I have like 2 years worth of gh right now but I’ll gladly buy another 4 kits if they’re in stock once I get my budget back up. It doesn’t defeat the purpose tho. You still get 4 kits for $200 under what 4 kits would really add up to.
Everything is more expensive right now supplements , gas, food etc. The only thing that is still the same price is alcohol - go figure? This source is still about 35% lower than my last source, on GH at least and I like the low minimum.
