I thought the sweet spot for weight loss was something like 8mg. I have been going slow just to make sure I don't get the sides. I'll probably stop at 4mg regardless. I was more interested in the metabolic effects, but I didn't hate that it might also take the edge off the hunger. After I get where I want to be, I'll probably stay on it at a lower dose also. When you mentioned the hunger increase, I thought I would share what has been happening to me in case others are using it.

The glucagon aspect follows a sigmoid curve, with the exponential effect being around the 4mg mark. So I would probably lean towards 4mg being the tipping point for “sweet spot”
