Hey Milky - I thought I'd give you a current progress report.
I can now do elbow supported external rotation to 90 degrees with my arm on a table!! I could only get it to 70 degrees for a long time LMAO
My favourite and easiest move is 'Rockin the Baby' where you support the injured arm and swing it side to side like a baby - can do that fairly wide to the side with no pain or restriction now.
Still quite stiff supporting and lifting the arm in flexion out to the front though, can only get it just above 50 degrees really. You should see what happens to your shoulder and arm muscles when the entire arm is immobolized for 2 weeks and has zero muscle activation lifting anything at all - its like the area has gone anorexic its shocking to see

Actually lifting weights and benching is 6 months - So still 5.5 months. I see many go for it at 4 months but I am personally not risking it - full bonding and strength officially takes 6 months and there is no way I am throwing £9000 down the drain and tearing it pal, not going through all this shit again. Lots of things to happen along the way yet though like the physio lifting my arm in various directions, me then lifting it, then lifting it with bands and then light dumbells. Honestly I train totally differently now when doing legs, thorough warm up and I never do any sets where I cannot get 6 reps - ideally go for 8 to 10 reps then none of this shit should happen to your tendons. Training down in the 2's and 3's is just begging for an injury if you do it for long enough. Can't see me doing that stuff ever again when I can train upper body again.
