+ 3 So my question is how much test is too much

ad

So my question is how much test is too much test in your guys opinion. I understand that this is going to be mainly determined by the goal of a cycle but I mean it in a sense of a cycle where test is important, like on a heavy bulk. The reason I have asked this is because Dave Palumbo, Seth Feroce, and Nick Trigili all have stated in different videos that the highest any of them would do is 1,000mg of test a week, with Nick being the only to say higher at 1,200mg. They all stated that anything beyond that was just causing sides to go higher. Personally I view these as overkill unless you're absolutely massive, like someone who is 260+lbs in the off-season. Would love to hear your guys take on this.

Daylightdriller's picture

A gram a week is more than most people will need. With that being said it depends on many factors including what your goals are and how your body metabolizes. Bloodwork is critical in finding the best personal dose.

Me personally I probably won’t go over 1000mg just because I’ll have at least one or two more injectables and maybe an oral or two. I want to keep my total under 3 grams usually. I really can’t see going higher than that.

Massa Ron's picture

The correct answer to your question is it depends.

Greg's picture

Just a reminder that there are stupid people on this site as well as kids pretending to be adults. Unlimited is not a responsible reply. Nor is one gram or any comparison to a professional body builder like Dallas McCarver or Andreas Münzer appropriate. Even cruising as an acceptable alternative to PST is pushing it.

Face it. Most of you are weekend warriors with dad bods trying to reclaim your youth.

So keep that in mind when passing out advice to the inexperienced.

Massa Ron's picture

I resemble that remark.

You want to double down? -500

You're too new here so let me make this perfectly clear. Years ago this issue was raised and we created a group for advanced cycles to keep this sort of thing out of the forums as well as compounds on the taboo topics post.

We have cultivated a safe and responsible use culture here. If you think you are going to fuck with that I'll remind you: you are not "too big to fail".

Pandateston's picture

Greg, let me ask you a question: do I have the right to disagree with your point of view?

If the answer is yes, then please allow me to express my opinion and let others interpret it as they see fit.

I do understand your point of view, and I certainly wasn’t trying to encourage irresponsible use. My answer was simply that there isn’t a universal upper limit because it depends on the individual. That’s why I added, “You gotta find your sweet spot.”

The original question itself was broad. The answer depends on the person’s goal, response, lifestyle, performance expectations, health priorities, and longevity. There isn’t a single number that applies to everyone.

Could my reply have been more detailed? Sure. A short answer leaves more room for interpretation, and that’s fair criticism. But it wasn’t meant to be irresponsible.

If you take a look through my history on Eroids, I think you’ll find that I’m a pretty responsible member. Even when I’m joking around, I try to promote responsible use and good discussion.

I believe an open forum should leave room for respectful disagreement. We don’t all have to share the same opinion, and that’s part of what makes discussions valuable.

This will be my last reply on the matter. I genuinely appreciate everything you’ve done to help build and moderate Eroids, and I enjoy being part of this community.

Have a good one, BIG brother.

Greg's picture

You are in violation of eroids protocol and culture not dissimilar to our understanding of a promo whore. Not only that, you are not just voicing your opinion and I am not offering mine. I am laying out the established eroids ethics and you are directly challenging my authority. I further explained the history and you dug in further.

It's the same reason we have review limits and age limits and even push back on recreational drug sales on sources sites which are completely independent from eroids. Not to mention source verification etc.

And what kind of scrutiny do you think eroids would get if we went full YOLO.

You, guru, especially have a responsibility NOT to make such a broad fly by comment open to "you hear what you want to hear".

Pandateston's picture

I said I wasn’t going to comment back, but you made your point clear.

I hope you get my point as well. I wasn’t trying to go against your authority … I was only disagreeing with the idea itself.

Either way, I appreciate you taking the time to clarify your position. Have a good one, Greg.

Hey Google, is eroids respected like a site such as T Nation?

Your observation highlights a very real distinction between different types of online spaces, and the short answer is yes, this is accurate. They serve completely different purposes and attract different crowds, leading to very distinct cultures regarding respectability.
T Nation (Testosterone Nation)
The Focus: Primarily an educational and publishing platform centered on training, nutrition, and legal supplementation.
The Culture: It is heavily populated by credentialed strength coaches, sports scientists, and competitive natural or enhanced lifters. While harm reduction and performance-enhancing options are openly discussed in specific forum sections, the site's primary content focuses on the mechanics of lifting and diet.
Respectability: High. It operates as a mainstream fitness media outlet, meaning the professional advice provided is generally public, scrutinized, and backed by industry names.
ERoids
The Focus: Strictly a crowdsourced review and community database specifically for illicit grey-market and black-market procurement.
The Culture: The community structure is built around source validation, shipping reliability, and product quality testing. The "responsibility" here is not focused on medical adherence, but rather on peer-enforced consumer protection—filtering out scammers, bunk products, and dangerous practices within a high-risk underground market.
Respectability: Relative to the underground market it serves, it is long-standing, but it operates entirely outside mainstream professional or medical boundaries. Users also note that its static leaderboard metrics and legacy reviews require navigating with a healthy dose of consumer skepticism.

Lol... not be make this about me but i just notice this dude post saying unless your absolutely massive like 260+in the off-season. That just made me realize why all these lil motha fucka's thought the doses is say are so crazy. I think massive and i think 330bs and up. And i was just 283 over the winter. And I'm at 258 now and I'm getting pretty fucking lean right here. Where you at these days? Your getting up there too.

Its all relative to what you are used to seeing and being around mate - I would class someone who is 260 as pretty fuckin big, not absolutely gigantic but big enough to be labelled a 'Big Cunt' LMAO

That sounds about right.

Right. A legit solid 260 is about the biggest person most people will ever see in their life. Not the Walmart fatties on a rascal 260+

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

Yeah i think i gotta post some new pix.. obv in no sub 10% or close to that. Maybe I'm getting closer to 15% I'll put a nice safe ish on that. Lucky for me though even if i have allot of body fat i so don't look fat or get stretch marks. My bodyfat is like the pictures i posted in the very beginning.

Everyone is different. I prefer high test gram or more depending. Most people seem to fall in the 600-750mg a week range.

There’s no one size fits all. Personally I’d rather push it on the natural hormones instead of the unnatural ones. I feel good on 1000mg a week. Pros take grams so take that as you will

Suck My Small Cock Cocksucker!!!!

Studies show that people in the UK actually have slightly healthier teeth on average than people in the US, debunking the popular cultural stereotype. A cross-sectional BMJ Study found that Americans have a higher average number of missing teeth compared to the English.

Missing Teeth: US adults average 7.31 missing teeth, while English adults average 6.97 missing teeth.

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

People have fucked up teeth here, especially in the rural poor areas and ghettos. Even the hood parts of cities people have fucked teeth. I honestly think the average person lives better over there than here. But i see the slums everyday so.
I did watch Nathan de asha do a tour of his hood in Liverpool on his YouTube channel the other day. And i will tell you this. Your ghettos/ hood whatever you wanna can it make ours look like NYC is still in the 70s. It looked nice and clean. I can take pictures on my phone to send you of the Bronx here and Manhattan and you'd think i was sending you videos or pictures from the 80s. Lol.. on another note after watching that video i grew to like Nathan de asha he was locked up from, he's from the hood, i was like dam this is the first bodybuilder i know of who did a bid. Which is surprising. He is a real motha fucka though, i fuck with him.

Ohh yeah for sure pal - I know when they say 'rough' neighbourhoods its totally different over there to here. There are still some very bad areas here though mate - but the difference here is that if you can run you at least have a fighting chance of getting away from being stabbed, over there the brothers just 'Bust a Cap in ur Ass ...... G G G-Unit LMAO

Liverpool is a dodgy place, but not as bad as it use to be. Lot of guns there in the underworld and people getting shot in drive bys. Only been there once to get a replacement passport one day before going abroad the next day LOL

The missing teeth is statistically equal. Are crooked teeth and healthy teeth the same?

press1's picture

Cosmetic vs. Health: American culture prioritizes straight, bright white cosmetic appearances, leading to higher rates of elective procedures like whitening and veneers. However, this aesthetic standard does not reflect better baseline clinical health.

Inequality and Access: Dental health inequalities are wider in the US, where care relies heavily on private insurance and out-of-pocket costs. Lower-income individuals in the UK generally exhibit better baseline retention of natural teeth than their US counterparts

Also: https://www.bmj.com/content/351/bmj.h6543

Conclusions The oral health of US citizens is not better than the English, and there are consistently wider educational and income oral health inequalities in the US compared with England.

Greg's picture

As a land mass the US is 40 times bigger than Great Britain or nearly 2.5 times the size of the EU. We have the equivalency of 50 EU nations. Each with their own people, diets, cultures, etc.
So... are you really comparing apples to apples?

press1's picture

I am comparing my country to your country - the same as when Random Dude says the UK have shit teeth compared to where he lives. The UK has 69.9 million people Vs the US 350 million. There is still enough people involved in the study to give a fair comparison.

Don't worry, you still have your Tea jokes to throw at us LOL Lol

Greg's picture

My point is more about diet, culture and genetics. For example Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Verse Mississippi, West Virginia and Arkansas.
