This feels like a good place for my story.
Currently week 2 of var and test cycle. Had to take a 3 day break (light sessions) for some parasitic diarrhea (jk), but I smoked a little before hitting the gym yesterday for the first time back in which I haven't smoked for about 3 years.
Got a solid stretch, go to incline bench on the smith, load up 45s felt super light, add 25s "damn gonna be a good day", replaces 25s with 45s (at this point im hype because this shit is flying up). Anyway next time I get up to go throw on more weight I realized I've been loading just oneside of the bar.
I was laughing so hard from that. It was still such a good session, feeling great and full from this var, definitely the most vascular I've been.
The images is 4 months of work. With 1 1.5 break in-between for the tattoo. The more recent picture is 2 weeks ago when I started the var cycle.
