+ 5 Pure Anabolics Test + Proviron Bloods
ad
Test 250mg weekly split with ED pins and Proviron 25mg am/25mg pm. Super happy with these results. Will probably drop both dosages down to 125/25 for a cruise for the next few months.

Sei al limite , ematocrito alto più globuli rossi e emoglobina, ma per grandezza e numero di questi non ti servono a nulla , se non a rendere il sangue più denso e a sottrarre qualche piastrina per compensare
Great work, bro. Love it.
Clean bill of health and high quality gear. Looking good brother +1
Really clean lipid profile. What are you implementing to keep them in check?
Fish oil, like a pro complete health v3, keeping daily activity level high, eating clean and maintaining a healthy body composition for most of the year. No medications taken
Nice dude. That's great. I'm taking in 1.4g fish oil (800mg of it DHA), walking 12k steps (30 minutes after every meal), zone 4 cardio 2-3 times a week, and eating around 220 protein, 220 carbs, 40-50 fats, and still having a hard time keeping my HDL up above 40. It isn't crushed, but usually when I'm running anything over 100-140mg of test per week it drops down into the 30s. I would prefer not have to implement a pharmaceutical to address it.
Wow… excellent numbers dude
Thanks for sharing this, BIG bro.
You’re definitely doing something right. Finding that sweet spot between running our beloved gear and keeping bloodwork looking this good is the goal, and I’d say you nailed it. Great job, bro.
amazing post - I have never seen such a detailed blood results test before in my life. This is so helpful. You are doing amazing work bro
Good looking labs.
Maybe dumb question, but what have you noticed with Proviron on a test-only run?
It keeps me drier, more vascular, more pumped and it gives me a nice mental, mood, and libido boost.
Sweet. Its something ive never used before, just collecting anecdotal info on it
Very nice.
Thanks for the post brotha.
I am extremely jealous of your lipid profile. I need you to drop the sauce for me. Whether its medication, supplements, diet or training, I need all the juice. How do you manage to get those numbers?
LDL at 43 is absolutely insane. Give me your intel.
Supplements daily:
-4 caps like a pro complete health v3 (been on continuously for 2 years)
-3200mg fish oil
-400mg magnesium glycinate pre bed
My diet is generally clean, but I still enjoy the occasional cheat meal. I believe my lipids look like that because of my activity level. I average around 20,000 steps everyday working as a commercial carpenter on top of lifting 5x a week. Not to sure honestly…
Complete Health is no joke. A supplement that actually moves markers
Every time Jeff has a sale I pick up a few tubs. I love it!
Yeah man, I was a LAP ambassador on IG for a few years and I got nothing else with my credits but that product. Now I just load up every Black Friday.
