I can't say for your wallet, but for mine, there are always a few bucks over if you use the QR. It is hard to know where that is going. Mine also gives the fee separate. The prices fluctuate so quickly it could be plus or minus a few bucks even a minute later. Anyway, assuming you are using protonmail, in a day or two, you should get an email that will clear things up. If you don't get anything in a few days, reach out to the support email.
