What supplements do you run on cycle? Why?
any thought?
Only thing that I run on cycle that I dont off cycle is Tudca to protect my liver. Since Ive started using it on cycle, my Drs have noted how good my liver numbers are.
I take all types of vitamins. I dont really have a schedule. I may run out of one or another at times, but if im running higher than try doses and/or orals, im running tudca with it.
Pretty much all these I take regardless, but can have benefits while on.
Fish oil – Mainly for cardiovascular support and helping manage triglycerides and overall lipid health.
CoQ10 – Used for heart health, mitochondrial energy production, and possible blood pressure support.
Vitamin D – Supports immune function, bone health, muscle function, and general hormone health.
Berberine – Mainly for blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity, especially since some compounds can negatively affect glucose management.
NAC – Used for antioxidant support, glutathione production, and general liver health.
Methyl B12 – Supports red blood cell production, nerve function, energy metabolism, and helps maintain adequate B12 levels.
Nattokinase – Taken for potential circulation and cardiovascular support.
Turmeric/curcumin – Mainly for inflammation, joint support, and general recovery.
Taurine – Supports cardiovascular function, hydration, muscle function, and may help with cramping or fluid-related side effects.
Ashwagandha – Used for stress management, sleep quality, recovery, and possible modest performance benefits.
L-theanine – Helps promote relaxation, reduce stimulant-related anxiety or edginess, and may improve sleep quality.
Magnesium – Supports sleep, muscle and nerve function, blood pressure, glucose metabolism, and recovery.
Ditto
