+ 1 New beginner cycle advise
ad
I'm 39, slim, and around 12% body fat. Over the next 6 months I'm going to get consistent with my training and diet before starting my first cycle.
My goal is to put on some quality muscle and fill out a bit. I'm not looking for crazy gains, just to look better, feel stronger, and add some size.
I'm completely new to PEDs, so I'm after some up-to-date advice. What would you recommend for a first test cycle? Also, what should I have in place before I start? Things like bloodwork, PCT, AI if needed, or anything else a beginner should know.
I've read quite a few older posts, but a lot of the information is years old, so I'd appreciate any current advice. Thanks.

Coming here asking to be spoon-fed doesn’t inspire much confidence that you have the drive, curiosity, or dedication this hobby requires.
You’ve got six months before you even plan to start. That’s the perfect amount of time to live in the search bar. Learn how to read bloodwork, understand health markers, get your bloodwork done 3-4 times so you know where you stand and that you can afford it both physically and financially, study training, nutrition, and enhancement protocols, and most importantly, understand why people make the decisions they do instead of just copying them.
Then come back with a handful of well-researched questions that are specific to you. Those threads almost always get better responses because you’ve already invested the time and shown you’re willing to learn.
The biggest lesson in this hobby is taking ownership of your own health. Nobody here knows your body better than you ever will, and nobody has a magic protocol that’s guaranteed to work for you. The painstaking process of dialing things in, what works, what doesn’t, how your body responds, and what your bloodwork tells you, is your responsibility.
Don’t be a passenger in your own protocol. Learn enough that you understand the advice you’re given, can question it when it doesn’t make sense, and can make informed decisions for yourself. That mindset will take you much further than any cycle someone can hand you.
My “advise” you have no business taking anything if you’re not consistently training already. Wtf do you need gear for? Give it more than 6 months
Well said. Cart before the horse situation.
Height? Weight? Dick length/girth?
Why would 10-20 year old advice be non-relavent now?
In fact, looking thru the annals of eroids you will find entire write ups from some fine gents that ACTUALLY knew what they were talking about and not just regurgitating chat-gpt/reddit/YouTube horse shit.
It's the same steroids, going into the same human bodies, training for the same goals.
I'd rather be given a pep talk from Arnold Schwarzenegger than the liver king, buddy.
The Anals of Eroids sure does sound interesting mate
You ARE the anals of eroids ya wanker
You WERE the Caretaker Mr Grady .....
Now I'm inspired to watch the shining for some reason.
"That boys got the shine" @randomdude was the child actor in that movie in case you didn't know.
Still rides the big wheel to this day
Some say he’s still riding it to this very day…
I know every single fuckin line in that Film.
'A rather Naughty little boy if you don't mind my saying so Sir ....
So you've seen it?
Get your bloods and see where your test level is. Start with 350 test E or Test C each week. Get your bloods done after 4-5 weeks and if your levels are greater than double your natural levels then stay with that for your first cycle. Have aromasin or arimidex in case your E2 gets high. Dial in your training and nutrition and stay in a moderate surplus. Good luck.
Cheers, guys. I meant to ask if anyone could point me towards a thread with all the info, as I know this probably gets asked all the time.
I really appreciate everyone taking the time to reply. Thanks
The Advice you see even on 10 Old year posts is still relevant 100% to the things you want to know buddy - to explain EVERYTHING you would need to know when running a steroid cycle would take over 100 pages. Learn the basics first then as you go along on a Testosterone only cycle you will learn more and more as you experience things

Not to sound like a dick, but this exact set of questions are asked 2, sometimes 3, times a week. Dudes get tired of saying the same thing over and over.
Use the search bar up top and look up “beginner cycle” or “first cycle” etc
If you have specific questions after that, then ask
Welcome to erodis man
Edit: I searched for you

Bro I gave first cycle advice to 3 different people yesterday alone. After awhile I got so tired of it and on one of the posts I just stopped replying lol
Glad it’s fresh on your mind as I happen to be looking for first cycle advice. Can’t find anything anywhere on the internets.
Best starting off with one that has 2 wheels and a seat then take it from there.

How many hours in the garage that take you to perfect?
Still working on it
Thank you, well said
