Who here has run Deca only Cycle, if so I would love to hear your experiences. I ran Deca only as my first cycle when I was younger and dumber but ever since then Deca and NPP have never bothered me. I tested it out again for 5mths Pharmacy grade 500-800mg of Deca only no test. I was Always horny and my dick was always ready to rock and roll. Never had to use caber in my whole cycling history. Even did a NPP and Mast P cycle for 3 months completely fine.

Hard pass. I feel wvery cycle should be test base as 1 lead compound. Then add what you like. But do what works for you. Im not a fan of decca at all. Give me some test e and primo/mas or tren. Lol.
Interesting experience, and honestly it makes physiological sense.
I think people oversimplify the whole “Deca dick” thing. Nandrolone itself isn’t necessarily the issue. The real problem seems to be when its progestogenic activity is combined with an estrogenic environment created by aromatizing testosterone. That combination can increase prolactin signaling in susceptible individuals, and that’s where libido and erectile issues tend to show up.
If you’re running Deca only, you don’t have exogenous testosterone aromatizing into estradiol, so that interaction is different. Some guys actually feel great on Deca-only and even report better libido than on a Test + Deca cycle.
I’ve never run Deca-only myself, but I have close friends who’ve used Deca as a base or solo because they don’t tolerate higher Test well, and they swear by it.
At the end of the day, everyone should test what works for their own physiology. There’s no one-size-fits-all in this game.
For me, Test is still king, but I’ll eventually give Deca-only a shot just to draw my own conclusions instead of relying on “bro science or papers”

Top bodybuilding competitors & even champions in the 70s & 80s used Deca only.
Now, I'm not saying it's a good idea. I am not recommending it. I know the modern scientific approach is usually better than just trusting what bro says.
But that being said we cannot discount that Deca only for better or worse is a legitimate protocol which has been used by some of the best bodybuilders to ever live.
I would hope that we shouldn't look to discourage legit discourse.

Trust bro I completely understand bro, I’m glad @UncleYoked mentioned how quick a shot of deca will knockout your test levels but also how he knows a few guys who swear by this and @Khandum shared the science of why this is bad and why my genetics and gear volume helped circumvent some of bad sides. I've heard quite a few people who swear by this. I did know one guy who did it, he had big issues with taking test. He reported pretty much the same thing as you running 200-400mg. I am not a proponent of deca only cycles or trt.
I don't think people should be bashing him for sharing his experience, this is how we all learn.
I have tested how quickly deca can knock out your test. a single shot of 200mg was able to reduce my natural levels from the high 600s down to about 190 in 24hrs.
I would be curious to see how it affects you physiologically after 1 month and 5 months
