Currently working on my new app to track workouts, nutrition, and protocol! Getting up every morning at 3am to workout and then switching gears til the kids get up. It’s a grind but with the help of my recent order, looking forward to a stronger me this summer and hopefully helping others grow too.

I deleted every food delivery app off my phone. Not a huge thing but removed the button that lets weak me make decisions. Beast mode is really just making it hard to be lazy. I also started walking to run errands instead of driving when it's under a mile. Doesn't feel like 'training' but I noticed my conditioning creeping up without adding a single extra gym session. It's nice appreciating nature as well.

Progressing in life, excelling at career, trying to make smart moves to finally buy a house next year. Improving to be a better husband and father a little bit at a time every day.

This summer im finishing up my BA in Psychology! I completed 180 education hours, 2000 hours of practice and im testing for my LCDCIII! It's been a long time coming. Working a fulltime job that's a career in itself. And beginning to raise a family (my girlfriend and her daughter). Not to mention my own Recovery. Life gets busy! ❤️ -- --
