Pin the TNE 30-45 minutes prior to your lift and you’ll be good.
Start low at 30mg and work your way up. Try to be sparing with it cause if you abuse it then it won’t hit as strong as before. I’d say no more than twice a week.

I’m be ran it anywhere from 25mg to 75mg. I like to inject 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to lifting. I recommend starting low, assess tolerance, then titrate up.
For me it’s just pure neural drive in a bottle. I can lock the fuck in, and after two hours I have to force myself to leave. If I lift around 8 am, I’ll start to slow down/crash around 5-6.

I’m up at 4am, to gym at 5-5:15, leaving the gym by 7. A usually at work until at least 5pm. The crash may be something to consider. I was thinking 25mg to start with PWO. I’d like a little extra drive here and there on those hard training days

I’ll say the crash is not like you just came off of stimulants. I think the crash for me is more directly related to the work load I’ve put myself under over the course of the day, while my CNS was up-regulated.

You’re running TRENBOLONE, there’s about a 99% chance the TRENBOLONE is impacting lipids the most. Masteron can have a negative impact on lipids, but you are running TRENBOLONE.

Retatrutide is known to help out with lipids quite a lot. Meaning it should lower your LDL quite a bit, same with Ezetimibe, I personally stack those and even with using anavar my ldl was in the 50s. HDL you can use Lovaza(get a script) for clean fish oil, Cardarine also helps potentially increasing your HDL.
Reta and Ezetimibe should be your go to right away IMO.
Crap, you are doing almost the same thing I am minus the tren. I don't look anything like that or at least not yet. It is certainly good you are checking. Personally, I'd drop back to just test until you can get those numbers a little better. Do you have bloodwork before you started these? I am taking quite a bit of things to avoid this situation.
