They used to be awesome mate but then they seem to have had a massive fall from grace, probably about six or seven years ago, and there was some really bad Janos on it. I'm not sure about nowadays though as they must have just returned to the scene. It will be interesting to see third-party Jano tests on this stuff.

Have you seen that other gear that supposedly from alpha. Andro cure supposedly by the same makers just with mct. I've never used alpha though they say it's really good just very thin oil.. I've come to like the thicker oil better. If shree is the same which it probably isn't the same manufactures though it be nice if the same oil, anyway that was some think oil. In 2015 allot of oil was really thick though. Lol... i don't mind. Def feels like it his diff.

The only thing I would add to this conversation on Shree (I do hope they tightened ship a few tough years indeed not too long ago) is that they use Ethyl Oleate, if that matters to you or anyone. Contrary to a lot of the hate around gear scene in the US, many pharmas' brew with EO, legit and UGL, all over the world.
I have a stockpile of US Compound Pharma Test Cyp/Test E 80%/20% 10ml vials they are all in EO, they come from Hallamark USA compound pharma. EO holds well, pins just fine, and the shit lasts. These vials I am using now (busted out when things got weird in the last year) are from 2024 and all good to go. Of course, YMMV. For the record, my cousin and I went in on a big order/bunch too. Price is right even if the "compound 100" is more like 80. I always round up and dose up a bit more when pinning Indian.

To be honest bud, once the nerve block wore off, which was after about 20 hours, the pain really was just like the pain I got when I initially did the injury. It was on the side of the arm and a bit on the front. Even that at the time wasn't that bad so I thought I won't need any of the pain meds that they gave me. By the 24-25-hour mark it started to get pretty sore on the front and shoulder.
Now me being a dumbass and new to keyhole surgery, I thought they only went in one area on the right-hand side of my shoulder. I thought that's the only hole. When I took the big dressing off yesterday, the dressing that covers the front, side, and rear. If You can imagine I've got two 1 cm incisions right through my front delt, so delt muscles are being cut clean through.
It got quite sore when I was trying to sleep in bed and all I could focus on was the pain in my shoulder. I couldn't sleep so I just ended up taking one paracetamol. That's all I've actually taken. Today the swelling and the pain are already going down but I've been hitting loads of collagen peptides, 30 g whenever I feel like it. Normal protein shakes, high vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium tablets. The thing is, they definitely have all been helping with the healing and everything. 2 BPC shots too.
One of the things they did give me was codiene tablets, 30 mg, 60 count of them. I was wondering: is that what you guys call oxys over there, being the pain medications that people get when they go through surgery and then they have problems coming off them? I've not taken any of those because the pain isn't even bad enough to take two paracetamols throughout the day. It's been much much better than I thought it would be. I don't think I'll need to take anything from now on as such.

I got discharged about two hours after surgery finished. I had my own private room and everything and a personal chef. It was awesome. I want to go back for some more surgery!!! lmao I was there quite a long time overall though. I had to check in at 12:00 midday time and then didn't end up leaving until about 10:00 PM in the evening. There was a lot of liaising with different people before I went in, like the anaesthetist, various nurses getting gowns on and going through medical records. The surgeon came in a few times. I had a porter as well.

Triage with what feels like a 12-year-old, 5 minutes with the surgeon before surgery, and that’s the last you see of them. It used to be the surgeon would come check on you afterward and tell you how it went. Now some 14-year-old tells you, “The surgeon said everything went well.” Then it’s wheelchair to the pharmacy, wheelchair to the front door, and the second you hit the sidewalk they kick you to the curb with a $200,000 bill.
