With 87, all you have to do is order, pay, and wait for delivery, that's it. There is a reason why he's number one. There's a problem with the order. All you have to do is send an email. That's it. I've never asked for any tracking number. All the times i've ordered it just shows up.

I think your order policy would benefit from being rewritten. Right now it contains several contradictions, which makes it difficult to know what customers are actually supposed to do. For example, it says not to ask about orders, then says to email about orders. It says tracking is sent automatically, then says it isn't, then says to use Informed Delivery, and finally says to email for tracking. I think you'd save yourself a lot of confusion by choosing one clear tracking policy and rewriting the entire section so customers know exactly what to expect.

What isn’t a contradiction and is stated clearly is that he doesn’t want your business if you can’t follow instructions. There is a certain level of paranoia that is understandable when buying gear over the internet for the first time. But there are a significant number of neurotic retards who can’t follow instructions and harass the sources with emails and complaints that waste their time.
I'm just coming up with soultions. Clearly he is tired of a ton of stupid question emails (we all would be) I think something along the lines of:
"Please allow up to 21 days from the date your order is processed for it to arrive. We do not provide routine tracking or order status updates during this 21-day period, so please do not email us about your order during that time. If your order has not arrived after 21 days, email us with your order number and email address, and we'll be happy to look into it."

I understand where you are coming from. There is a source that I use that bitches every few days on telegram about informed delivery and people wasting his time with questions about tracking. I think he could save a lot of time and frustration by at least confirming that he has received payment and perhaps having an order shipped status update. However, he’s not doing that and I won’t waste my time suggesting it. I order and then 8 or 9 days later it comes. That’s how it is on the UGL market sometimes.
