I'm 18 and been thinking about hoping on my first cycle I wont hop on for a while. I'm only on RETA to decrease my body fat percentage my calories are at 2700-2900 daily I average around 17k steps a day. I do Upper Lower 5x a week 3 upper 2 lower. sets are 1-2 and reps are around 3-8. my goal as of now is to lean down enough to see my abs and not be a silly skinny fat person. I'm 5'9 177-180lbs usually as of the past 3 weeks. nothing I said has anything to do with anything but what would be some things I could do for now before hoping on and what would be a recomednation I could take? also be brutally honest with me

you're 18 bro! Your natural testosterone production, bone density, and cardiovascular development are still not fully matured until early-mid 20s for most guys. Starting AAS before your body's done developing on its own is something most experienced people in that space would tell you to hold off on regardless of what compounds you pick later. "Not for a while" is the right instinct I'd stretch that further than you're probably thinking. What you can actually do right now that moves the needle: track your food accurately for 2 weeks to get a real number instead of a guess, add volume to your training, and give your natural progress more time before introducing anything external
p.s. despite the lost profit for my store, I always advise against starting steroids at that age. Good luck

you're 18, you don't need anything but discipline. Don't start now. Maybe some creatine but that's about it. You don't even need the reta, especially not at that weight. Stop now before you do real damage, this isn't a game
You shouldn't be taking anything at fucking 18 years old. Dial in the diet and training with regular supps till 25, to be brutally honest your dumb just because things are slow. @Greg
Completely my opinion
If you have the genetic structure to be a top tier bb, know for sure that this is what you want to pursue, have the funds to support it, the work ethic for the lifestyle, and you aren't just shooting blindly (have a coach and/or doing a shit ton of research), then fucking send it. Worst case scenario, you react badly or a lot less than what you expected (it's just test), and you just come off or readjust your goals. Best case scenario you hyper respond and you're on track for pro card.
If your goal has nothing to do with bb, fuck no.

Heavy lifting 5 days b a week
Whole foods including 200grams of Protein a day
8 hours of sleep nightly
No alcohol
No drugs
No fast food
Nothing in the middle sections of grocery store
That should be your plan until 26. Dude, your natural test levels are higher than a lot of dudes on gear on this forum. Take advantage of that before you get too old and they drop
