The abductor machine allows for incredible stretching and also seems to attract the hottest ladies. Maybe your hams get better maybe not but now you have an excuse for asking for DEEP tissue massages.

Have you done adrol before? If you're running alongside TNE, I'd say take both 90-120 mins PWO. Lots of guys have been saying that theirs is hitting within mins and wearing off In an hour. Simply not possible. More likely that their high stim PWO that they took at the same time as their TNE is wearing off.
If you're running by itself, you can take several hours pwo as the half life is around 6 hours and is peaking in the bloodstream about 2-3 hours. It's hard to time exactly right alongside TNE without taking two shots.
This is all for PWO fun, but don't forget to keep an eye on ur health. Take ur bp and account for all the extra hormones you're tossing in the mix. Take care of yourself.

I’m not running the TNE yet. I wanted to give the inj adrol a shot first. I may add TNE or I may just alternate them for PWO. Depending on how it feels.
I usually run everything in the morning about an hour or two before my workout anyway. I’ll just run it with everything else in the morning.

I swear the TNE hits hard as fuck within 10 minutes, I don’t even take any stim pre. I haven’t used any pwo in over a year now cause it disturbs my sleep. The TNE has been the first time I’ve played with any pwo for a long while now. Only caffeine I get in the day is from 1 cup of coffee in the morning and I always train between 12-5pm
Not saying it doesn't at all. It begins building in the bloodstream immediately, peaking about 1.5-3 hrs later. I've taken it before and went straight to lifting and an hour later could literally feel it kicking in hard and was like a new workout. And then fuckin pay for it dearly the following couple days.
i hit it a little too hard Friday and Saturday and regretting it now. Completely wrecked.
Yeah I can see that, I still felt awesome hours after my workout.
I almost hit it again today, but chose to hold off considering tomorrow is a workday for me and the workout I was gonna hit was back.

I did 30mg TNE, 30mg Drol earlier today and maybe bc my calories were real low and energy was shit, but I thought I would be pumped up a lot more. I could feel it, but not like I was hoping. Will try different dose later in the week and find my sweet spot

I can usually squeak out a few more reps, I don’t know if it’s just mental drive or aggression but that’s what I noticed immediately, I’m very focused and it’s almost a struggle to wait 1 or 2 minutes between sets and I’ll have to stop myself after two hours, it feels like you have unlimited endurance. The negatives are it smells like I’m pissing out my rotting liver the next morning and I’m definitely lethargic the next day, I’m assuming because I was able to push myself so much harder. I usually take it with 50mg of TNE but took it alone a couple times when I first got it and you definitely feel it on its own, and I only use it once or twice a week.
