I’m not trying to say endotoxins are good, or that anyone should ignore them. I’m just trying to look at the number rationally instead of fear mongering.
The test showed 454.78 EU in the entire 5,000 IU vial. That sounds bad when it is framed as “454 EU in the vial,” but that is not the amount someone is injecting unless they are using the whole vial at once.
The math is:
454.78 EU ÷ 5,000 IU = 0.091 EU per IU
Endotoxin exposure is based on the amount administered, not the total amount sitting in the vial. The common non-intrathecal injectable threshold is roughly 5 EU per kg of body weight per hour. For a 180 lb person, that is about 408 EU in a one-hour period.
So with this vial:
250 IU = about 22.7 EU, which is about 5.6% of the rough one-hour max for a 180 lb person.
500 IU = about 45.5 EU, which is about 11.1% of the rough max.
750 IU = about 68.2 EU, which is about 16.7% of the rough max.
1,000 IU = about 91 EU, which is about 22.3% of the rough max.
1,500 IU = about 136.4 EU, which is about 33.4% of the rough max.
2,000 IU = about 181.9 EU, which is about 44.6% of the rough max.
2,500 IU = about 227.4 EU, which is about 55.7% of the rough max.
The full 5,000 IU vial would be about 454.8 EU, which would be over the rough one-hour max for a 180 lb person. But that only matters if someone is injecting the whole vial at once, which is not how most people use HCG.
So yes, endotoxins are not “good,” and lower is obviously better. But pretending that every normal HCG shot equals the full vial’s endotoxin number is misleading. For typical smaller HCG doses, the actual endotoxin exposure is a fraction of the rough one-hour limit.

But you clearly seem to have it out for this specific source, and framing the entire vial amount like that was obvious fear mongering. The actual exposure depends on the amount injected, not the total EU in the vial.
Also, endotoxins do not “build up over time." Your body processes endotoxin, mainly through the liver. That is exactly why endotoxin limits are based on EU/kg per hour, not some running lifetime total. So yes, lower endotoxin is obviously better, but saying it just “builds up over time” is not accurate.
Endotoxins can leak into the blood stream if the liver is over burdened.... like how alot of ours probably are from our aas choices.
Could very well be possible. Its up to the individual to assess if they think they should use that product. I was more directing this towards the original framing of the situation and that it didn't fully portray all the facts. Would I inject that HCG, probably not, but does that mean every product that K4L sells is "bunk" or bad? Without more testing we don't know. K4L already said they would send in more products for testing. I will also gladly send in some test E/C, or hgh from this source for endotoxin testing to Jano on my own dime and not even ask for reimbursement from K4L.
Thats all well and good brother, I don't personally have an axe to grind with kits but look at it like this: you have a street, and on that street there are quite a few options for burgers, you have 4 that you trust completely, and then 3ish that are ok, and then there's 2 or 3 that seems a little shady. Couple of your buddies tell you that when they went and ordered food there, they ordered larges, but received mediums, that still only contained 5/6ths of the amount promised. Then only after getting called out, did they change it. Then another buddy let's you know he found a couple pubes in a few of the burger patties... now your at a gathering where everyone is discussing the different burger joints and your buddy brings this up. And all of a sudden 2 guys just pop up and declare that your buddy and you are over blowing it, a few pubes over the course of a whole meal special just isn't that big of a deal. Its being way over blown. What would honestly start going through your mind at that point?
