This is a good reference except fucking using those harpoons I’ve been loving 29g 1/2”-1”for daily pins regardless of what I’m running. Lower volume means more places to pin and my delts needed a break.and the smaller needle means less scar tissue. It’s really a win win. Only thing that sucks is backfilling the syringe which can can annoying when using multiple compounds but I backload a weeks worth every Sunday.

My all time favorite place to pin is my delts they just est up oil but over the years the scar tissue has built up so now I’m exploring this week was first time pinning quads and it’s a little rough on day two with pip but hoping that’s just the virgin muscle PIP. I legit only pinned my delts and once in awhile my glutes.

What’s your favorite injection spot and method?

Pecs are great for some inflammation so you ca ln have more mind muscle connection. Only thing one time I didn’t go deep enough and it swelled up and I could not train back or chest for like 2 weeks lol

I hammered pecs so much in the early days that mine are virtually all scar tissue now - its possibly one of the worst feelings too when you hit a nerve and the whole thing contracts around the needle!! lol

Pecs are just so easy! No stretching or contortionist acts to get the needle in, unlike lats. My wife must get a good laugh watching me do those.

Ugh hate hitting a nerve. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think the split second shock/surprise from hitting is the worst part lol. It’s like a jump scare in a horror movie.

My favorite is the delt. Easy to pin, and it’s been the most comfortable site for me.

I rotate through 16 sites total

Delts: 3 spots per arm (front, lateral, and lower rear)
Quads: Middle vastus lateralis (outer quad), upper vl (upside down teardrop area), and lower vl near the knee teardrop
Ventroglutes: 2 spots per side

That gives me over two weeks before I come back to the same location.

The first injection in any new site usually gave me a little soreness, and I did have what I suspect was a sterile abscess in my right quad that hung around for about a week. I limped around like I had a broken leg for a few days, but that was the only real issue I’ve had.

I’ve been curious about pecs, lats, and biceps, but I haven’t worked up the courage to try them yet.

Mate I use to do the teardrop a lot during my early years, apart from getting the occasional knee kick they were fairly hassle free. That was until I went through that big vein that runs through that area LOL Was sat on the sofa drinking a protein shake whilst plunging the barrel - then when I took the needle out I felt this warm sensation running down the inside of my leg - looked down and there was this river of fuckin blood running all all the place pooling on the sofa. Ohhh pal I nearly passed out and puked at the same time it was AWFUL!!! Never went near there again ....

I hear you. I hit a vein there too. I have 3 really vascular veins that tiger stripe both quad teardrops, so I can easily miss them, but I hit a subsurface one about a month ago Saturday morning sat on the sofa getting ready for leg day, white rug under the couch/table (her idea), the amount of blood was frightening, well anyway I replaced that damn rug and now only pin that spot over the hardwood floor in the recliner chair or the tile in the bathroom. Lesson learned.

Delts have always absorbed so well, and easy breezy, but gotta give them a break, I rotated with glutes, lats, and recently started doing quads. Mind you I first did my right quad two months back and had crazy soreness that last two days, walking was good after the first day. Last week I decided to do them again; it was easy breezy, it’s now my favorite spot. I rotated my left also, and gah damn that was a crazy four- five days, limping like a mf and sore ten times more. So I’m assuming it was just that “virgin pip” everyone is talking about. So gonna pin the left one again today, this week I’ve already done my right twice.

I hit pecs, glutes, delts and hit my quads yesterday for the first time in over 10 years, last time I hit quads, I fucking couldn’t walk for a week, I pined quads with a 29g slin on and it was like butter, was a little tender, like a charlie horse the next day and was fine 2 days later. I sit ordered a pack of 100 luer lock 1ml, 27g, 5/8” and vial spikes, pretty excited to give the vial spikes a go, will def save me some draw needles and Kee the stopper from going to shit with multiple draws. I gotta try lats and traps, but I have been a pussy and haven’t been able to man up yet

The 1/2” is gold I’ve been using 5/8 for glute and it’s been solid even with the amount of fat on them I just put a lil more pressure on the pin really slam it home lol

Dude I can't find 29 gauge 1 inch anywhere or else I'd use them. I use 27 gauge 1 inch for everything and do quads, vgs, glutes, lats and shoulders. Lats/quads are my favorite.

BD precision glide should have them. They have 30g 1”. I love those for 1ml or less. Can’t even feel it. MCT based brews will flow through it no problem

Definitely shoulders, VG and glutes for me. I am starting to explore other areas, last one was tricep which wasn't bad, just a little spicy for a few mins post injection but nothing too dramatic. Recently started using vial spikes with my luer locks and its been great. Nice to put the barrel on multiple compounds, then when ready for injection I have my choice of either a 5/8" 27 gauge or 1" 25 gauge needle for the injection. You can also buy smaller needles to match what your slin ones are, but with the advantage of not having to backfill.

Yeah man I might just grab a pack of needles only because I have a shit ton of 1.5” that I’m not using anymore that shots overkill idk why that was the standard for so many years. All I use them for right now is to hook up to my vial spikes and draw my weekly dose 1 compound per syringe and then backfill the slin pins kinda a pain in the ass but sometimes I enjoy the process. Only thing I can say as a positive is my dosage is always perfect there’s no lil extra from when ur drawing

Pecs, while staring down a squeamish natty. More than one way to mog.

My current rotation is lats, delts, pecs for daily test/primo, with quads mixed in for TNE or if I just feel like using an additional site. Becton Dickinson 27g 1/2" Precision Glide needles on 1cc luer lock barrels (I think I prefer easy touch, trying others out).

This shit is expensive, but I'm not a fan of back filling slins. After spending all that time and money to keep gear sterile, back filiing seems incredibly counter productive. I do use vial spikes, so I guess that's my trade off. My TRT provider shipped a bunch of Easy Touch 27g 1/2" slins which I use for TNE or in a pinch.

Dude I need to get some luer lock way more efficient especially with the bail spikes those things are amazing. But I grabbed 4x 27g 5/8 bd allergy trays (25ct) tbh I though it said luer lock when I bought them but oh well burn through them fast enough

Brother, the pecs and traps. You won’t regret it. I was the same with both but once I pinned them, didn’t feel a thing. Unless you’re prone to PIP but other than that, smooth and fast absorption of oils…to me anyways.

I’ve gone up as high as .85ml with tren ace haha but no more with that. I pin daily and I have around three spots on pecs plus others in my rotation. Volume now is .65ml of sust plus another oil in same syringe.

@Petecastiglione Good morning sir. Pecs/traps for me are .85ml and 1ml respectively. I’ve also read about people going up to 1ml in pecs and 3ml in traps!!! 3cc/ml in traps? In any muscle is insane to me. But to each their own I suppose.
