Pharmacom labs never fails to deliver, noticeable and continual increase in strength and muscle mass throughout long cycles.

No PIP with this product. I did not experience any sides from this testosterone. This will be the same for you, given estrogen is managed by dose, frequency, lifestyle, and aromatase inhibition considered.
Used this testosterone enanthate at 400 mg, with a 3 day (MWF) / week pinning schedule. Excellent as a base of any cycle.
I took 750mg a week pinned five times. High sex drive and felt amazing. Increase in strength and muscle mass.
Pharmacom is a top tier brand. Expensive but definitely works and been used by hundreds and thousands now without any major issue.
Water retention as expected. Slight increase in blood pressure. Acne, oily skin and aggression.
Pharmacom and test en is my favorite. The product worked as expected and had all the signs and sides of how a properly dosed test should be.

Solid product I’ve used a few times. My levels always check out to be in the range expected for the dosage. PIP was minimal to non-existent. Will definitely order again.
Strength was decent, but nothing that made me go “damn this is good”.
Feels alright, probably dosed okay, just didn’t hit as hard as expected.
No weird sides. Injection was smooth, nothing to complain about.
Ran it for a bit, nothing crazy tbh. Did what it’s supposed to do but didn’t really stand out. Not bad, just kinda mid overall.
Might need a longer run to really tell, but for now it just felt average.
Like I said one of the most effective test e I have ever used. Use it for cycle and cruise no complaints ever

No pip whatsoever, they have the formula down to a science. The side effects were usual to test e, pounding the girlfriend relentlessly is my favorite side

All in all my favorite test e from a very good lab although a tad bit pricey. You get what you pay for though

+ 2I ran it at 500 mg per week, split into 2 shots. As you’d expect from test, it gave me a solid strength boost, better mood, and motivation. No irritation or issues whatsoever. I’m adding my bloodwork pics — total and free test results after around 2 months at 500 mg.
I genuinely believe Pharmacom is a premium brand. They even include a proper leaflet inside the box like pharma-grade products, which I’ve never seen from other UGLs. I love how high-quality the rubber stopper is — after each pin it just bounces back like it’s never been used.
Only downside is the pip. For that, I’d recommend rotating injection sites and warming up the oil before pinning — that worked great for me. No oily skin or acne either.
Pharmatest E300 is rock solid. 500 mg a week had my total test at 2682 and free at 1011.9. It does cause some pip, but other than that, zero side effects. I really liked the rubber top on the vial. Lately I’ve been noticing a drop in quality from many labs, but Pharmacom is still top-tier.
I also checked the product’s authenticity using the code under the scratch area on the vial — all good.
Pharmacom uses grapeseed oil as the carrier for all their products, and they also include ethyl oleate in their formulas. If you’re with careful with your oil choices you need to know that.

Zero pip! Little to no acne/ oily skin

+ 1I used the product twice a week, 600 mg weekly. I had no problems with its use, since some esters in some testosterone generally cause discomfort for a few hours.
Living in Latin America, I'm a little exposed to fake Androids, but I have a good dealer, and I can see it in the presentation and in the product oil, which inspires confidence in me.
Testosterone generally does not cause many adverse effects, more so the androgenic ones, but it could indicate a little oily skin and the occasional pimple that I see as normal due to liver toxicity.
I use the brand because it is affordable in my country, Latin America, and in general it does not disappoint, good product, I felt the peaks of high testosterone
There are many fakes in Latin America. Make sure you have a good and reliable roid dealer.
I found this test very effective and on par with other well known brands that I’ve used. Loved the steady strength and size gains. I used this brand for my first cycle at 400mg/week and had amazing results!
I remember being a bit nervous as this was my first ever cycle and I didn’t really know what brand to go with. A friend told me about pharmacom, and I then read all the positive reviews.
Zero PIP and hardly any sides at all. The only side I got was some back acne, but as I’ve gotten to be a more experienced user of AAS I find this happens to me every cycle as my hormones fluctuate.
Very good product and was well worth the wait for shipping (I ordered international) so it took a bit with customs. Used for my first ever cycle and was very pleased.

PIP was there when I first was pinning 2x a week, and then as I continued pinning and losing that virgin muscle soreness and pinning more frequently it's not there anymore.
I ran my cycle at about 450mg pinning .45ml EOD. Took 4 weeks to feel it and by the 8th week I felt and looked like a new man.

I honestly don't use anything else if i can get my hands on this. The bottle and packaging are some of the most professional out of any UGLs - which obviously isn't a quality test in itself but combined with the results I've had it just lends me to believe that Pharmacom know their stuff is good and its worth paying the extra money to package it well.

I use this at a 'Sports TRT' dose of around 200mg/week year round. Without the luxury of pharma grade stuff this is without a doubt my favorite product.
