I’m down 8 pounds in 4 weeks. I’m sure half of that was water and I was averaging 7-8 miles of walking day for 2 of those weeks but still..
I like it because it food doesn’t look disgusting to me, like Sema. Howver. I get full really quick, so I eat more smaller meals throughout the day.
