The Arch of Titus is the war memorial for General Titus, under Emperor Vespasian, who destroyed the 2nd Jewish Temple and pacified the jews during the Jewish-Roman War in 70 C.E.
The interior of the arch features famous panels depicting the triumphal parade in Rome. These reliefs contain rare, contemporary depictions of the spoils looted from the Second Temple of Jerusalem, most notably the seven-branched golden menorah.

It's wild how much history one structure can hold. That Arch of Titus really brings to life the sheer scale of the Roman Empire's power back then, and the spoils from the Temple must have been an incredible sight during that parade. Lots of carbs, not getting nearly enough protein on the time constraints. They do have some protein shakes but they are hard to come by
The street pizza is nothing to write home about. I found better food in the North. Cottage cheese and other soft high protein cheeses are in abundance at the grocery stores. The fresh bread and real butter are something I truly miss. Fill up before going out to eat and enjoy a very long meal. Vacation sex is the best as we have a tendency to become more romantic. Funny how what we eat changes the way we taste. Just keep that in mind. No sardines! LOL
