If you’re lean you’ll have fun. My guess is you do your cardio so you won’t have BP issues. Only other thing is the M-Estro it converts in to. Have you even had issues with dbol by any chance?
Cardio is a daily habit for me at this point, Never had estrogen issues but never took dbol either, I always stick anadrol and Anavar.

Only side effect I get from it is the euphoria feeling, no spicy nips, no BP issues, or mood swings or anything like that.
