not one of my proudest moments. 600 mg test E and 200 of tren e split 3 times a week. 50 mg anavar daily. I also am on tirz, motc and semax(not from this source), 3ius of hgh. I will tone it down a little and get retested. I am still trying to figure this shit out after 3 years.
Like @Tinman79 said not too bad. I’d like to see a GGT and a Cystatin-C to really paint the whole picture. The EGFR is running pretty low, but that is not as accurate at portraying actual kidney health without a Cystatin-C in conjunction with it. I wish my hemoglobin and hematocrit looked like yours, I typically run high in the band. Are you periodically dumping blood?
I agree about the GGT. I recently had elevated ALT and AST but my GGT came back very low which show no liver stress. So many factors can cause an elevated AST/ALT that are not related to actual liver stress. Thankfully, I have a a decent doctor who explained it better than I can.
And damn, that hematocrit is amazing especially with Var.

I dont donate blood because it is never elevated. I get bloods 4 times a year. Lipids twice a year.

Not to bad. What you taking to keep liver enzymes down? They are a little elevated. Not to bad though. 600-1200mg of NAC twice a day will help. Injectable glutathione is best at 50-100mg 5 days a week or EOD. There are other supplements you could take as well. Still those numbers aren’t bad considering just keep an eye on it and be proactive.
1200 of nac, 1200 of tudca, 1000 of milk thistle. I love the numbers but I am 50. I don't think I should be pushing it. I do train every day. i dont ever miss a day. mostly for my mental well being. I will get it back down to 1500-1600 and call it a day.

I have a kit of glut and will start it soon. I dont know why some things are hard for me to get going. I have 157 and tb500 and haven’t even opened them. I really love the motc and semax in the morning if you haven’t tried it.
