Been experimenting with a simple daily pinning protocol to keep hormone levels nice and stable, minimize the peaks and crashes, and just keep everything cruising smoothly.
Current protocol:
● Testosterone Cypionate 250mg/ml: 439 mg/week (approximately .25 mL daily)
● Primo 200 mg/ml: 420 mg/week (approximately .30 mL daily)
● 4 IU HGH ED
After running this protocol consistently for 60+ days, here are the corresponding lab results:
● Total Testosterone: 2,101 ng/dL
● Free Testosterone: 789 pg/mL
● Bioavailable Testosterone: 1,973 ng/dL
● SHBG: 6.1 nmol/L
● Estradiol: 37 pg/mL
Additional health markers:
● Fasting Glucose: 90 mg/dL
● Hemoglobin A1C: 5.3%
● Estimated Average Glucose: 105 mg/dL
● Creatinine: 1.11 mg/dL
● eGFR: 82
● ALT: 49
● AST: 41
What really stands out, bros, is how well estradiol stayed under control despite total testosterone being over 2,100 ng/dL. SHBG came back extremely low, which drove a very high percentage of free and bioavailable testosterone. I can't run dht compounds for the life of me or eq they destroyed my estrogen. Last time I tried 400 test 150 eq my estrogen was 4

I look like cyclops. Wife asked me what that was yesterday, so I did a little hope operation with my nail and rubbing alcohol.

Pinned keys primo 200 this morning and I’m throughly impressed with how smooth it was. No pip what so ever in the side delt. I usually get some kind of soreness or pain post injection with high concentration compounds like primo 200 but I feel absolutely nothing post injection
